My first pair were too big. After going down a half size...still too large. The third try was a charm at a full size down from the recommended size. This bootie is fashionable and fairly comfortable. Although I will not choose to wear it when I have long-distance walking, it will work well when I will be working. I have bad feet with a variety of issues so finding a shoe I can wear for even short times is a challenge. This bootie looks great and I believe will be a great addition to my shoe collection.

These pinched my baby toes something awful. Too bad -- I like their versatile style, but back they go while I keep my resolution to buy only round or square-toed shoes from now on!

For my first try, I ordered the recommended size which was an 8. Unfortunately, these were too large. I then ordered my regular size, 7.5...still too large. After going with the 7, it was just right. Feeling a bit like Cinderella in reverse, I love these booties. I chose the black suede and they look great with dress slacks. I have bad feet with a variety of problems and the Wide shoe is accommodating my issues. Although I can tell it will not be a shoe I wear for any long-distance walking, it will be a go-to choice for work.

These booties looked better on the website. There is a cute button on the back but the front of the shoe looks pretty plain/non-descript. Once again my ankles were too small for these shoes so I had to return them. It’s tough for narrow-footed girls to wear cute winter shoes. Boo.

So disappointed in these! I wear an 8.5 2E in every other wide width shoe. The WW Naturalizer Zaire is not extra wide! I even tried a size up in the WW and it still didn’t fit. In addition, the second size sent to me had obviously been worn and returned. Not cool.

I have this boot in black and it fits well and looks cute. This pair felt clunky; the fit was off. The color is much more orange than pictured online.

The appearance of the shoe is very nice. A true dark grey. The fit seemed a bit narrow. I had to return the shoe because my instep is so pronounced that I could not get the show on without a shoehorn.

I wanted to love these...but...my normal size was too small so I ordered one size up. They were quite narrow through the toes and the top if the shoe hit the bottom of my ankle bone. Sadly they were sent back. If they fit you, you are lucky because they are super cute!

These really are perfect! I have tried five different pairs of these same boots (and some in the same size although they didn't feel like it) and finally, these are exactly what I was expecting. The fit is as it should be for the size and width. Excellent finish and zippers work well. Thank you. I am so pleased!

The shoe fit good except just a little wide but then I can wear a heavier sock with them in the winter. Dressy and a comfortable shoe Just what I was looking for.

I cannot imagine that these shoes could have been marked double wide. It must have been a mistake. They were no more than medium width, if that, and certainly not double wide. I could not even get my foot into the shoe. They look great, but there is no way to trust another size would make any difference. In addition, one shoe looked slightly scuffed, as if someone else had returned them before. Zappos, I love you, but these shoes just don't live up to the supposed sizing. Thank goodness for your easy return policy.

Size up a half a size because the fit is snug. Nice shoe and very comfortable! Leather will get lighter as time goes on.

I can wear 8 - 8.5 and the 8.5 was just a bit too big that it slide around on my heel. I have been wanting a short boot for awhile but can not find one that my back likes unfortunately but this one did the trick. I have never worn Naturalizer before but will do so going forward for any type of shoe. I ordered the Elephant Grey (suede) in 8.5 1st & was reluctant about the suede so ordered the 8 in the black leather and it fit perfectly. I just ordered the 8 in the suede on exchange because still torn between both LOL

Love these in the Aubergine / wine leather. They are gorgeous and comfortable. I hope they hold up, as I believe I'll wear them alot. I have ordered an 8.5 WW from Zappos, and a 9.0 W from another vendor. My most consistent shoe size is 9.0 W, but that is usually the size I wear with an orthotic insert, and my left foot is larger than my right. With these Zarie shooties, the height of the heel prohibits using the orthotic inserts, and I really don't feel that I need it. The shoe provides enough support that I'm comfortable for hours without it. The difference in the two sizes can't really be seen, and both sizes are comfortable in different ways. I believe that the 8.5 WW is the best size for me in this shoe, because they hold my feet exactly in the right place within the shoes, and don't allow any slipping or sliding, and don't cramp or squeeze my toes. I love the heel height and the style, and the quality of the leather, and the fabulous color!

I read reviews for these and everyone was so convincing that they run small that I ordered a full size up and they were gigantic. I exchanged for my normal size and the length is good for me - I like to wear d width shoes but can get away with normal width, and got these in double wide, and I’m glad I did. Regular width would have been too narrow for sure. On my left foot, my ankle bone hits the top of the shoe and hurts; I tried putting in an orthotic to lift my heel up a bit and I think that will fix the problem. The right foot doesn’t have that problem which is weird. The boots are cute - I kind of wish the heel was a bit higher but generally like them - the leather looks really nice.
