Love the style and color, elephant suede, However...the zippers are very hard to slide. I returned the 1st pair letting Zappos know about my zipper frustration and ordered another pair..it had the same problem...so, I returned the 2nd pair and ordered a similar style by Blondo. They're perfect.

This boot is really cute but, so narrow, I wasn't able to put it on.

I typically order a W or WW, but the WW I ordered is still too narrow. I am keeping them out of necessity and lack of other options and hope they will stretch a little with use.

These booties were so small, I could not get my foot in with a regular sock on. I barely got my foot in with no sock. And then the shoes were extremely tight throughout the entire shoe, and especially tight in the toe and ball of the foot. I'm usually a 5.5-6. I ordered these in a size 6W, for the wide width. I was so surprised at how small these shoes were I felt compelled to write a review about it. If you're thinking about buying these, I would size up a full size. Another problem was one of the shoes the inside cloth/leather lining looks poorly cut - all jagged edges and not following the shape of the outer shoe where it's sewed on. Super disappointed.

I really wanted to like this boot it would have been four stars which is pretty good in my book if not for the weird sizing of the boots. First off I feel they do run narrow. Secondly the right shoe was huge almost like a full size larger than my left shoe even though they're both marked the same size! The left shoe fits me perfectly even though I ordered a width larger than usual - while my right foot was swimming in the right shoe. Lining up the souls together I can definitely see that the right shoe is made larger overall. The footprint is slightly bigger which is easy to tell by lining them up and the overall foot volume not only feels bigger but looks bigger on my foot as well. This sort of quality inconsistency is an acceptable at this price point so they're going back. If the sizing was consistent they would have been great with their super comfortable foot bed.

I ordered 1/2 size up, which it seems is pretty standard for me in boots and booties. They were decently comfortable but I am sending them back because I can't get passed the pirate shoe styling. Not the sexy boot I was looking for. Just straight up pirate. Arrgh!

The back of the shoe looks like suede in the image, but it is some sort of animal hide. it's gross. They are going back

These boots are cute and comfortable, but the heel of the boot in the beetroot color are cow hair, not leather. This is not clear at all in the photos or description, and I would not have ordered hair/fur had I known. Be prepared if you're unclear about the material.

Huge disappointment! Nice looking and well made, I could not get my foot into the bootie! Not by a long shot.

I pretty much where a size 8 across almost every brand so I ordered a size 8. I couldn't even come close to getting them on and they looked like a size 6 shoe we had. I double checked the label in the shoes I ordered and it did say they were and 8.

Cute style, so I was so disappointed by how small these felt though I double-checked the labels, and they were the correct size.

Be warned...these shoes are not at all true to size!

Ouch! These shoes are cute, but the tops of the boots are very, very tight over the arch. Definitely returning these, sadly.

Not a true 9.5 nor WW shoe . Runs very small and narrower . Returning them .

These shoes won’t work if you have narrow feet. I tried them with heavy wool socks and they were still to big.

These boots are really cute. Unfortunately, I couldn't even get my right foot into the boot. I have very wide feet, and ordered WW, which is usually perfectly adequate. I do have a slightly high arch on that foot, but still.... I even thought I may have been sent the wrong size, but no. I was able to cram my left foot into the left boot, and that felt extremely snug -- definitely did not feel like a WW. I've never had a problem fitting into a WW width shoe, so I think it's safe to say that these boots run TOO narrow. Disappointed, because, again, the style is exactly what I'm looking for, and as anyone who truly has wide feet can attest, it is very difficult to find fashionable shoes that fit.
