The wide felt too narrow.

These boots look very nice but they very narrow. I could barely get them on and they were extremely uncomfortable. Have to return. Sorry.

SHoes make my feet hot and this size is too wide

These look like Danskos. I do not care for that style, and will send them back. I also found them to be tight -- I normally wear a 9 and they were not comfortable.

Too bad this shoe is so cute but so uncomfortable. I can wear many M wide shoes but ordered a W per the reviews. No room on instep. Back they go.

Too narrow! I normally wear a women's 11 wide but these were closer to a B width. Hopefully I'll be able to exchange them for a wider shoe because the boots are lovely and well made.

My toes were squished and went numb after wearing for an hour. Super cute but had to return.

They are very narrow even in an extra wide

For a narrow boot this is more like a medium width. Too wide for me - the boot is falling off my foot. Note: I don't have a super narrow foot and in the past Naturalizer shoes in a narrow size have always fit me.

These booties are the style I am looking for, but they run small. I have a thick instep and boots are very hard to fit. Have to keep looking!

I usually wear a 10 or 10.5 and these shoes and ordered a 10.5. They were VERY tight! Especially in the heel. I would size up! They are super-cute shoes, though!

NOT WIDE! At all! Ordered a WW, felt and looked like a normal width. Bizarre.

Width runs narrow. Ordered the WW and still felt way too tight. If you usually order WW, I suggest you pass on these. You might try ordering WW and find thesel comfortable, if you usually order a W.

The metallic brown color almost looks plastic-y right out of the box, but they might break in and lose that with wear. Personally though, the words "moon boots" and ziggy stardust kept popping onto my head. However, the color itself was gorgeous in spite of the sheen. A real neutral that could prob go with most browns, greys, or black. If this had been the most comfy shoe I'd ever put on, i prob would've kept it. But the wide still bothered my bunion even though the heel felt loose; sorry to be graphic, just keeping it real. So, back it went.

Generally 8.5M/8.5W in shoes and found 8.5W to be the right size. Returned because leather was thinner than expected and heel was too uncomfortable for me.

These boots are beautiful, I bought the Taupe in 7N. However, they feel wider than Narrow, my feet slide when I walk. I will buy an insert hopefully that will help with the fit. I love the look, but super uncomfortable.

The toe box is fine; the heel is too wide.
