bought the size I typically wear. They were too wide in the heel and too narrow in the foot. I am returning, unfortunately, because I really like the look.

I honestly checked the shoe for size markings, it felt so much smaller than expected. Too bad, it's a clean, classic design and seemed well made. Had to return them.

Oh how I wanted these boots to work! I just think boots and my feet are not to be. I have yet to ever find a pair of boots that don't make me want to cry after about 3 hours. I thought these were going to be an exception as I tested them out at work and they felt really good for the first hour, but after an office party in which I was running around hostessing and on my feet much of the afternoon, my toes started cramping. Seriously, probably more my issue than the shoe. The crease between toes and top of foot pinched a bit. Maybe with more wear they will stretch a little and become more comfortable? Fingers crossed.

Loved the style, the fit and the suede - perfect. Could not get over the fake stacked wood look heel. Ruined the look of the shoe. Naturalizer was my go-to shoe years ago. I stopped buying because of the lack of quality detail. Thought I would take a try - disappointed. True stacked heel would have made this a bootie a keeper.

Cute and made my 10W foot look smaller, but maybe that's because the boot IS a full size and width too small (at least). Naturalizers usually fit well, so this was a surprise.

I ordered because I liked the color. The suede is a bit stiff. It just didn’t look good on my foot.

I typically wear 6.5WW in Munros, 7WW in their boots. So I got these in 7WW as well and oof they are not WW and they are not for people with high arches. The length is fie but they are definitely run narrow. If the outside seam was gusseted to allow a little give, they would be much better. It's too bad because they are very nice looking and exactly what I needed in a bootie. I wanted a small heal. I'm really sad about these.

I am a true 9 wide so I was surprised when this 9 wide didn't fit. It was a bit too narrow, especially in the toe box. And I found it tough to get on but then I have a high instep. It is a good-looking boot but it is going back.

If you have a true WW foot - mine is basically square, thanks Dad :-), then this is not the bootie for you. Style is OK, but not exciting IMO. The WW was so narrow I couldn't get my forefoot into it, so I don't know about the arch and length.

I returned these boots because the leather was so stiff. I have the Naturalizer Dane tall boots and the leather is so soft and comfortable so I thought maybe these Naturalizer booties would be as well. Unfortunately, that was not the case; when I walked the bootie dug into my leg and rubbed uncomfortably. So, I couldn't keep them! My search continues . . .

I usually love naturalizer but the this bootie was not comfortable. The leather has no give and overall the shoe felt narrow.

My feet are narrow and this boot slipped on my heel.

I settled for these lower cut booties because I can't find an ankle boot that is styled the way I want. Unfortunately the zippers were VERY tight and one zipped up only 1/2 way because the suede was sewn too close to the zipper so I returned them. Never wore them outside the bedroom carpet so don't know about comfort. They were narrow enough that my regular socks made them too tight.

One of my shoes appeared much faded than the other. I was really tempted to return them.

Cute looking...ordered my usual boots size, a 6 Wide, and had to really struggle to get my foot in the boot. Toes were severely cramped and could hardly wait to get my foot out. I can’t believe it really was a Wide width.

I wanted to love these especially for the price, but they were not comfortable. They look great and the adorable tab on the back is stylish. I do not have a wide foot but these felt a bit narrow.

Pretty to look at but couldn’t get them on, they were too narrow at opening. Even with shoehorn too tight to get on.

This boot is so narrow for a WW. I normally wear a medium or wide but I wanted to wear heavier low socks with these. They squeezed my foot with super thin ones. I have found this before with Naturalizer, wish their wides were actually wide.

I had to return them as I ordered a wide size, and it was not at all wide. They need to make them true to size!

The only problem with this bootie, and I suspect is a problem with others of similar style, is the neck of the shoe that goes around your ankle is stiff and inflexible which makes it cut into your ankle. Everything else about the shoe was extremely comfortable. I had to send back. I will have to look for a style with a more open ankle style.

Did not have the arch support I thought it would.

This boot is so cute, but WOW it runs small. I typically wear a 9W or 8.5W, where the 9 is typically a bit roomier for me. I ordered the 9W, and it almost felt like it was a 9 Narrow. The size seemed right, but they were really really tight. Too bad because they are a good looking boot, great for someone with a narrow foot. Sadly, returning these.

I liked these basic black booties, but the zipper area rubbed my ankle bone. This is a common problem for me. I could foresee discomfort in my future, so I returned them.
