I bought this shoe few weeks ago. its look great but the size was too big I did send it back exchange for a smaller size.

Had the previous pair and needed to replace because the soles and heals wore down faster than I thought they should. They also had a "squeak" when I walked. The leather top lasted and looked good.

I have owned several successive pairs of Rockport penny loafers, and they have been my go-to shoe for relaxing casual or even dress wear for years. This pair ( medium width, as the wides were too generous) differ from all prior ones in having what seem to be low height in the heel counters, so that they feel more like slippers (or sandals). The length up front is tight, but wearable. The heels keep feeling like they are coming off as I walk (and they are not yet broken in). Rockport seems to have cut back on leather costs, and it is costing them. I expect to wear out a number of sock heels from the friction of my heels slipping in and out of the shoes' heels.

I normally wear a 12 wide. I initially tried 12 wide, but it was much too large. I eventually tried an 11 wide, but was still too large and slipped on my foot when walking. I have another pair of Rockport shoes (XCS) and they were true to fit. Disappointed they did not work.

Buy a size smaller than you normally wear. I needed black shoes and had these rush shipped. When they arrived, I could not wear them because they are way too big. I wear a 10.5 in the Classic Penny Loafer, so was disappointed that I could not wear a 10.5 in a different loafer because there is that much difference between models. The classic penny loafers are a perfect fit in 10.5. I walk right out of a 10.5 in these. They feel like they would be quite comfortable if they actually fit, but they were shockingly large for something labeled 10.5. Not happy.

This particular shoe is made from excellent material. However it is not sized correctly. I have worn Rockport Penny Loafers for 30 years. The shoe is wider than my previous 9 M. I am not pleased. I have added inserts and pads to the heels. Still to wide very disappointing.

It makes a duck-like sound every time you walk. With these shoes, you don't have to worry about losing your parents, because they can hear the sound. I didn't want to throw away the new shoes, so I replaced the soles but it didn't work.

They were a little bigger than I thought from Rockport. I am a big fan of Rockportrt but I was all little disappointed with this purchase.

I feel your price of your shoes too high for the quality.

I bought two pair of shoes both extra wide neither one would fit couldn't get my foot into it felt like it was looking at a pair of baby shoes. Now I have several pair a rock ports and why sizes little snug but they fit so I thought I'd get some extra why the heck am I can't get my foot into either pair of shoes the penny loafers or the lace ups

I bought these shoes because I had a previous pair that were great. This pair showed up and made a clicking noise when I walked in them. So I returned them for a refund.

I bought this show with sizing based on the reviews that I read on-line that all talked about how big these shoes run...a size or size and a half too big...but when they got to me they were too small. Had to return to exchange them and am now waiting for the new shoes in the (I hope) right size...time will tell.

I bought the shoes on line in my regular size, most of my other Rockports fit great, but these were big. Exchanged them at a Rockport store, but still didn't fit right. Sent them back to Rockport.

Bought these in Burgundy. The leather looks almost as if it has a wax finish on it and it is not smooth in several placed, with a rippled effect, which looks bad. In the brief period of trying them on for size, the front of one shoe flexed, or bent, and it has scarred the fragile leather. It is permanently cracked after 1 minute of wear. This is not the smooth, strong leather finish that we expected. They will have to be returned. Very disappointed.

I was so excited to receive my shoe, but when it finally arrive it looked as though it had been previously worn.

Have worn rockport size 10 shoes for 15 years. Why is this size 10 1.5 inches too long? Ridiculous.

I purchased this shoe "modern prep penny" model V80548 in a size 9M. Although this has been my size for decades it was way too big. So, thinking that maybe a new manufacture is making them a little big, I returned the shoes and re-order a size 8.5M. Now I have received the second set and they are too tight. What does it take to get to get a size 9M that is made correctly ????

Bring back the penny loafer with the vibram sole. They were the most comfortable shoe I ever owned.

Very Uncomfortable shoe! Hole where you put your foot in is too long and hard to keep on your foot. Sole is Very Hard and Uncomfortable!

I had to return them. I purchased 9.5 M, but they were too wide.
