i ordered 4 pairs of boots from zappos and i tried them all on. when i put this pair on, i literally thought "Oh, THESE are my boots!' - they are that comfortable. so stoked!

I really love these boots. I have plantar fasciitis and many shoes don't work for me. Being able to remove the insole and use Superfeet makes them perfect for me. I wear a size 8 and a 39 is what works best for me.

I love these! Not too tall, not too short, just right. I'm a size 9, the 9 fit perfectly. They're roomy in the toes and snug in the heels, and not too wide around the leg, which is all great for me. And, they look really neat, simple and well made. Not a whole lot of arch support, but that's okay with me too. And not very cushiony -- at first the soles felt a little hard, but not for long. I found them very comfortable as is, but it's possible to put in other inserts if needed. So. Thank you Zappos for putting up with many returns, I'm delighted to be keeping these! Yay! Pricey, but I'll wear them all the time.

Love these boots. They're very comfortable and I like the casual style with soft leather upper and grippy soles. They look really cute with jeans and I thought these boots looked really cute with the Scully Cantina Skirt that I tried here on zappos. I ended up having to return them because the left boot hit funny on the top of my foot but the right side was super comfy. I believe I may have gotten an iffy pair but I would purchase again! I got the dark brown color and it's a lovely dark chocolate that can go with anything!

I tried out several boots and I liked the look of this one the best. I ordered a 10 (41) when I normally wear a 9 (40), and that was definitely the right size. Not sure why they run so small. The main problem was that on my foot, the heel is very tight and dug into my heel when I walked. I also had this problem trying Blundstone boots, so it might be just my foot, or my lack of tolerance for stiff boots. Other reviewers said the front was too tight. I have a narrow foot and the top/front wasn't uncomfortable to me, but I did feel some pressure there. I have to return them because I don't believe in "breaking in" shoes. Usually it's my feet that get broken in rather than the shoe. Otherwise I might have kept them. They are really cute and well made.

These boots are totally awesome! They are lightweight, wide in the toes and narrow in the heel and not clunky. They are surprisingly fitted at the ankles and up the leg but easy to slip on because of the side zipper and tab in the back. They are well made beautiful. Could be worn anywhere anytime - all day long. Worth the price.

This is a really fun boot. High quality. Unfortunately they run quite small so I will be sending them back.

3 years later and these boots are still going strong! highly recommend!

I found these to be a little narrow in the boot shaft so I had to return them.

Love these shoes. They are incredibly comfortable and stylish and great quality. I love el naturalista. I did purchase a whole size bigger (in US measurements) than what I normally wear and they fit perfect. I usually wear a US size 10 but ordered the size 11 and they fit great. Just want to note that the sizing chart is very off and confusing on Zappos site. If you go to the actual El Naturalista site, their sizing chart is different and that is how I came up with the correct size without having to try on multiples. Other than that I love, love, love the quality and style of these shoes and will definitely look to them again for other styles.

I have 3 pairs of these and i love them. They are hardy work shoes for me.

These boots are comfortable and stylish. I added an insert to the footbed because they felt a little flat to me, but this is a problem I have with many shoes.

I have a narrow foot but these were a little too narrow and the heel was a little too snug. The foot bed was comfy though. I returned due to too small.

I normally wear a 38 in European sizing, and I loved these boots, but because of the seam placement and the fact that the to box is flatter, and you need an insert if you want any arch support, I ended up sending them back and ordering a size larger. Now I can wear them with my green Sole inserts and a thick sock if I want.

I absolutely LOVE these boots but unfortunately they were too small. I wear a size 7.5 and ordered a size 38. Unfortunately they were the last pair, I’ll be searching for the next size up.

Last pair of El Naturalista Nido boots were a size 40 and fit perfectly. This same Nido boot in size 40 felt a half size too small and the 41 was too big. Kept the size 40 and hoping they stretch some. Too bad they no longer make the Olive color. This brown is not so attractive.

The shaft was very narrow and tight on my lower calf. I had to return.

Beautiful shoes -- but unfortunately too small. I even ordered one size up, after reading all of the reviews, and they definitely have no room to add an insole for added arch support. Translating EU sizes to US sizes isn't a reliable science, either. For the brief period I tried them on, they are comfortable, very well made, and great design. I just have to wait a bit longer to get another size. :(

Too bad! Beautiful boot made of supple leather, but I have a high arch and this is not a "high volume" boot... I could fit into the boots, but they were too tight/ small/ low volume all around...

Felt a bit roomier than what I expected for the size; the style wasn’t as attractive as I hoped, and the boot was very stiff, was hoping for more supple leather.

I was so hopeful about these cute boots, but unfortunately they squeezed the tops of my feet, right before the toes. Also the heel was tight and squeezed when I walked. I have pretty average shaped feet, so the fault seems to be in the design!

I am between a 10 and 11. Ordered the 11. They are a little big, but thick socks make that ok. My issue is I can’t remove the insole to put in an arch support. So when I put the arch support/orthotic on top of what’s there, it squashes my Bunion foot. Also, these suckers are pretty heavy and rugged- they look more like rain boots than fashion boots, and the leather while nice is not soft like the description.

These boots are CUTE CUTE CUTE. I almost cried when I had to return them. The seam hits tight directly on the ball of the big toe. If you have perfect feet, these are wonderful boots but if you have even mild bunions, these will hurt your feet.
