It's like walking on air...

I tried a lot of boots before purchasing these! I have some significant plantar factious and these boots are so comfortable and they can accommodate my custom orthodontics. They are easy to get on and lace up. I haven't had them long or done any 'real" hiking, just local smaller hikes, but they seem to be wearing well. Really comfortable and supportive.

Love the 600 boots. No break in time required, wore them right out of the box with no issues. Boots provided nice stability and traction while hiking rocking terrain. The 600 is comfortable and lightweight. Runs true to size.

These are super cute but unfortunately had to return because the top creased with every step and pushed into the top of my foot. Even tried to size down and had the same issue. Had to return.

Love these boots. This is my third pair, and Ive been very happy with all of them.

This is my second pair of Danner boots and I LOVE! I have flat feet and feel these support my feet well. Super comfortable and great for hiking and walking on trails as well as paved surfaces. I highly recommend!

Fit great the first day out of the box! No need to break in.

Love how comfortable these boots are, however, I would recommend ordering a half size up to allow for more room in the toe box. I walked in them all day when we travelled to Alaska, and they were super comfortable and my feet never got sore or tired. Highly recommend!

Good shoes. Tried on a pair in store before buying, so I'd know exactly what size fit me best. Took them out west on a road trip and hiked in various different climates. Comfy and practical boot.

Can wear a thicker sock and will Fit perfectly, can't wait to wear in fall, winter. Fast delivery, ordered size 8, probably 7.5 without thick sock.

Comfortable boot with good support. Fits well and feels good straight out of the box. My only comment is about the laces; they are too long and I wish they were made from a tougher material. After walking through an area with some brambles loops were pulled in the soft fabric of the laces.

Bought the 600s for my girlfriend,we hike almost daily.The terrain is wooded and hilly.She loves her Danner boots.Im glad I got them for her.Got 7 Danner Recurves for me.Recommended!

I am absolutely in love with these boots!! Their maiden voyage was an 8 mile toughie with lots of rocks and a few water crossings. When they say water proof, they mean it! They come pre-treated, so they're ready to go. There also wasn't really a break-in period, save for one hot-spot I have on the left side of my foot. However, the boot fit to my needs during the first hike. I feel like a lot of women's boots don't have a wide enough toe box for even normal feet, but these have the perfect toe box. I stayed true to my tennis-shoe size, which is an 8, and that seemed to work out perfect. There was just a bit of a learning curve with these boots. The back of the ankle has a small dip to give you more medial mobility (which is awesome). However, the waterproof feature made me a bit brave and I stepped right into a creek that was well over the back-dip and water of course rushed in. Totally my fault, but I was a little mad at myself because I was only half-way through my hike and was already accepting hiking with miserable, wet feet. Somehow, though, even though my feet were soaked, they really only felt a little sweaty and there was no rubbing?? I was AMAZED! The only suggestion I would make to anyone purchasing these is to go ahead and purchase the Danner waterproofing spray as well. After a couple of hikes I had to give the boots a good cleaning, which affects the water-proof barrier. The spray restores this to good-as-new! Lastly, I would like to mention that these boots are just as cute in-person!

These are very comfortable. They fit perfectly and no need for break in time.

Perfect hiking boot

Comfy right out of the box. Ordered same size as my running shoes. So size up from a normal sandal or dress shoe.

This is without a doubt the best hiking boots I have ever owned. I have worn them since their inception and am never disappointed. Out of the box comfortable, no break in time, and waterproof. I teach fitness classes in them, train dogs in them, hike in them and just won my 13th Archery State Championship in them! My prayer is that the Mountain 600 is never dropped from the awesome Danner Boot line. Danner Boots always take me where I want to Go!

My friend has hiked in these 200 mi plus already. Another friend has the same pair. Cant wait to give them a whirl!
