Love these boots. I have five or six pairs. Practically the only shoes I where. Size 14 is consistently a perfect fit. The vibram sole and quality of the shoe is built to last and gets more comfortable as they break in. I bought my wife her first pair for Christmas.

Im a 9.5 wide or 10 regular and the 9.5 wide fits great. Lighter footwear really makes a difference on my knee and these are perfect for my daily 3+ mile walks. At least 50 miles so far on light trails, mud, sand and snow but they still clean up enough to wear to dinner. Best part, now I can wear my old 600 boots doing chores and stay comfy all the time.

Im 70 years old and have purchased numerous pairs of Danner boots and shoes over the years. Probably owned a least a dozen pairs and I have never had any problems. The fit is always the same and durability has continually brought me back to Danner time and again. I wear them down to where they dont have any tread left on the sloes and I have never had a leak in the Gortex or the Danner Dry membranes. I tried other brands during my younger years and they always seemed to leak and I became frustrated. The owner of a Sporting Goods store turned me on to Danner about 40 years ago and I have never looked back. Its the best boots on the market for me. Us old guys have enough problems with things leaking and the last thing we need to worry about is our boots taking a leak.

Wide fit which is what I want. Very comfortable and fairly warm, even though these are not lined.

These boots are so good I'd rather wear them in the house before I use my slippers!

These are absolutely amazing, so much so that not only my husband but my daughter and son also purchased a pair! From hunting in Wyoming, to electrical work, to everyday use, to 20 degree cross-country meets, theyre fantastic.

Super comfortable for all day use around town , hiking and just working around the house. I noticed the rubber that is used on the sole is soft so it makes for a grippy shoe when on a ladder or walking in the house quietly. All in all Id buy another pair.

The color received did NOT match the color displayed online. However, I remedied that with dark shoe polish. Other than that, I love these boots. I'm a UPS driver and we have appearance standards (brown or black polishable leather uppers) and most of these fit the bill. Although it would be great for you all to make a more breathable version of these because these get really hot. You'd get a lot of business from UPS drivers. I go through about 3 pairs a year and there's like 200,000 of us drivers, just saying!

Greatest hiking style boots I have ever owned. Lightweight, comfortable and durable.

Too light weight for me. Didn't think that it would offer enough support.

I'm a 9.5 and can sometimes wear a 9 so typically somewhere in the middle. If I were to have taken the reccs to order 1/2 size down, these would be way too tight. Ordered these in a true 9.5 and fit perfectly, maybe even slightly tight. I'd go with you're true size. Very light boot, feels more like a shoe. Very pleased, exactly what I was looking for.

These are the best Danners I have owned. They are incredibly comfortable and seem to have a larger toe box than normal, which is exactly what I needed.

These were very comfortable right out of the box. No breaking in was needed. This has been typical of the 5 different pairs of boots I have bought from Danner. Wore them pheasant hunting on the prairies of South Dakota this month and enjoyed the light weight and stability they gave me. Would recommend to others to try out.

On both boots the top inside shoelace loop digs into my ankle bone when walking in the boots. Extremely uncomfortable, especially when you are miles away from your truck and you have to endure the pain until you get back to the truck. The boots need more padding on the inside of boot where the loops are!

Best shoes ever!! I have very wide feet and I could never find shoes that fit comfortable. But I tried on some Danner shoes and my feet fit perfect!! My feet are happy and I wear these shoes everywhere now!

They are ok boots. You will definitely need to buy insoles for them. I think they got the insoles for the dollar store. Very thin and give no support. After I replaced the insoles they are better but definitely not the quality I'm used to from Danner. Don't seem like they are going to last liky others I've bought.

Awesome feel comfortable right out of the box

I bought these because they are Danner! My first Danner were my Police Boots in the 80's. Great then, great now. These could use a bit more insulation to be perfectly honest. Maybe even more than a "bit". They are cold to be wearing on inclement days. I also note that the toe of my left shoe leaks. Not ideal. No idea where the water gets in from, but annoying just the same. Overall, I love these boots. I get tons of compliments, and their break in cycle was only 3 days. I usually wear an 11.5 (American) and the web site said to drop a half size for proper fit. I am concerned about the flexing of the material above the sole at the stitching as it bows outward with every step. All in all, a great boot!!

I ordered the "rich brown" color. I received a light tan sueded leather. I liked the construction of the boot; the color, not so much. The size does seem to run large. I returned them.

These boots were bought for my son-in-law, a MN DNR forester. They are the finest boots he has ever worn, and could not bring himself to spend the money on himself. So, I am proud to introduce one of the many fine boots Danner makes to him, and also providing him with an awesome boot that he wears on the job 9 hrs daily, in the Minnesota woodlands. What a winning combo: the finest boots for a working class hero! Thank you Danner. Your boots have been in my life for over 50 years.
