i wear these shoes for casual and business alike. they are plain but elegant.i also like the mock toe.

The only shoes that does not give me aching heels

For three years I have been purchasing this same shoe. Fit great and wear them everyday!

I've never bought shoes on-line since my feet are quite difficult to fit (I have large bunions). But Florsheim's return policy looked good, so I gave it a try. I ordered size 10 EEEEE, and the shoes were wonderfully comfortable in the front, but so wide in the heel that my foot came out when I walked. I called customer service, and got a real human being amazingly quickly. I wanted to know if I should try 10 EEE or 10+1/2 EEE. The rep suggested I first try some heel and tounge pads, which he mailed to me (for free!). I tried them, but they didn't help enough. So I returned the shoes (no postage charges!) and received 10 EEE's, which are fine. This all took a while (they don't use next-day delivery, and I quarantine all packages 3 days), but I can't think of any mail-order purchase I've ever made with better customer service!

My husband got a pair of these and loves them, so I ordered some for my son. The shoes were a bit long (even though we ordered the size he usually wears) and slipped on his heel. We had also ordered some similar brown ones that did the same thing. They are good shoes, but we probably won't be buying online anymore since you can't try them on. It cost us almost $30.00 to ship both pairs back and we got absolutely no use out of them. Such are the perils of internet orders I suppose. Still, they are great shoes if they fit and look fabulous.
