I own both colors; my only knock is on the black pair - I wish the inside leather color were black, and not brown. They're super comfortable, don't make noise (due to the rubber sole of course), and easy to wear all day long.

Compared to the Hitchcock oxford 1040. The shoes I bought from you were fare superior. Feels good and better built. needs a little improvement on the heal. But other then that they are a very good shoe.

Have you seen the reviews that state these shoes are a larger fit? Well, BELIEVE THEM! I have never in my adult life bought a size under 10 1/2, due to my very wide foot. In the Florsheim shoes here, I (finally) ordered a 10 5E, and it fits better than any other shoe that I can remember. Now as for looks. This is the first pair of shoes that make my feet look normal, rather than 'fat'. On to comfort. Remember the commercial about 'gellin'?, Well, I call these 'Floorin', as the shoe cushion actually creates a shock absorbing bounce when I walk. Also, there are no pinch points or areas that I hope will improve with wearing in. Cons: None that I can see except the laces are the hard, thin ones that are stylish and tend to untie themselves. I'll just double-knot them. In summary, I don't think you can go wrong with these shoes. Just remember to be conservative on your size!

Beautiful brown dress shoes. A good brown that doesn't look too casual is hard to find. This one is a winner.

These are very comfortable shoes for the money. I wear these on average 2 or 3 times a week and have had them for 3 weeks. I work in an office environment and walking around the office (commercial carpet on concrete floor) is super comfortable. I would recommend these to anyone.
