i bought this item about a year ago & to this day, my boots look brand new. i didn't purchase any treatment/ spray for the boots, i just simply try to take care of them. one thing i do suggest thought is to get your regular size. when i tried on the boot at first, i figured i should go up a size since the fur inside the boot sort of made it feel tight. after i purchased it and wore the boots, the fur started to flatten out and so now the boot makes me look like i have a bigger foot then i usually do. overall, they are cute and i definitely recommend.

Received my new Uggs quickly and they are so darn cute! The boot is perfect fit and the Bailey Button on the side actually helps with getting the boot on and off. I normally wear a 7 1/2 and the 7 fits perfect.
