The boots came with thick rough sheep fur. The outside was rough, and they were sooo hot to wear, would sweat profusely off worn indoors.. not practical. One boot had red threads on the outside stitching and fur came out from top. Very ugly and stiff, uncomfortable by front on top of foot where stiching is. When cufffed was extremely weird lookin as it stuck out too much. Wouldn't be able to walk properly when cuffed fully. Wearing socks would be extremely stuffy. I did get a care kit which was leaking inside the box and the bottles were not totally full, looked used. I did get taken care of by uggs customer care. They sent me a new care kit with the new order of same boot. They gave me free two day air shipping. Fur is not too thick, super soft and able to cuff nicely and light weight to walk... significant room for comfort and wearing socks. First boots were heavier. These had extremely luxurious overall feel and appearance, outside is so soft.. not at all unco,fortable on top of foot with stitching. I was surprised by the first defective pair As I never saw a actual pair of uggs or tried one on. And it looked so ugly. Obviously every sheep is different but rough and thick, with stiffness is abnormal for any boot. Also the luck I had was that I didn't return the first one right away and was ble to see the obvious didfference. Uggs will make research regarding this aituation and will inspect this pie to mke sure no other boots going out are like this, I will order agin next winter, or when these aren't in good condition if sooner. I am giving one star because of the first pair and the way they handled it and the new pair will change the rating to three stars.

I wanted something I could wear in the house, I work from home and I can easily go from my desk to outside to walk the dog without having cold feet.

Bought these years ago and after 6 long Wisconsin winters, I am buying another pair. Completely satisfied and worth the money as they are a great investment piece.

I absolutely love this boot. I prefer the mini styles over the regular classic, I find they're easier to put on. Super durable and very warm and comfy, I wear them all fall and winter season. This is my second pair, I love them so much. I will definitely get another pair when I need to.

When I saw these boots, I knew I had to get them because they came in red and it is a vibrant red. I love them. They are comfortable and stylish. I wear a size 91/2, but the recommended size was a 9 and they fit perfect. I would purchase this style again.

Definitely worth the money, I bought 4 pairs But besides the fact they're super cute, they're really soft & warm. Color is great also. Shipping didn't take long at all either, boots arrives about 6/7 days later

Any ugg boots are the BEST in my opinion. Love them all. Own multiple pairs. My to go to in winter months. Most comfortable pair of shoes. I would go down a size I'm in between a 6 1/2 and 7 and go with 6 in uggs.

Really enjoy this product, color makes it a great choice with almost any outfit.
