I went to the ugg store and fell in love with the color mole but they didn’t have my size. I ordered them from Zappos and they are really cute only problem is that THEY ARE SUPER HARD TO GET YOUR HEEL IN! I always wear a size 8 in Ugg’s once I worked really hard to get my entire foot in for over 20 minutes they fit perfectly and comfortably I’m assuming that over time the ankle part will stretch out.

Have multiple pairs of Uggs but wanted something quick to throw on when going to/from work before changing into scrubs and sneakers. I'm in between a size 10 and 11 and went with the 10. A little tricky to get on at first with a high arch, but expect to stretch out slightly as my other boots have. Overall love these boots!

I had ordered a pair of these last year in the gray. They fit me much better. There was more shearling in it, and the circumference of the ankle is very wide on this one they flop up and down on the other one I measured the inside of the ankle and it was almost 5 1/2 inches. This one is a little over 6 inches so they are wider at the ankle right now which makes them flippy floppy boy have these things changed Not for the good

the shoes itself are great, but they are slippery on ice, be careful.

The blue ones are not the best on—they look big and bulky and like Grover feet. Plus, these are just the same soft Ugg liners I used to feel perfectly comfortable forking over $100+ for. They're not worth it! Ugg, PLEASE bring back the old fur you used to use!!
I'd also recommend:

Always love the Ugg minis... but lately they are very tight trying to put them on! Once you manage to get your feet in them they feel great. Never had this problem before until the past year or so, especially with the grey ones. I’m a 9 1/2 and I always get the 9 in Uggs.

Seems a bit too long. Tasman slippers at 7 were too snug. I wear a 7 normally with Uggs. These felt a tad roomy in toe box and slips, a bit.

I do not think they are real Uggs..Or else they’re just poorly made these days . The black guy inside the boots came off on my feet and turn my feet a dark color that I thought was poor circulation. I have another pair of older Ugg boots that are black with black fleece And never had a problem with the dye coming off on my feet.

It was impossible to get my foot into the boot! The cuff of the boot was extremely narrow.

It is extremely hard to put these on but once they are on I love them. Hoping the area around the ankle will stretch in time. Happy with color and look so I will keep.

I have an old pair of Uggs that I l brought a few years ago. The Classic Mini that I just returned was too small and hard to put on. Plus I was surprised to see that they were made in China and not Australia.

The size is true to ugg sizing. Trying to get the shoe on is a struggle. The width of the area for you to insert your foot is VERY narrow and almost tight. This isn’t a slip on slip off kind of shoe like the regular short ugg. If your in a hurry you will have to slow down to push your foot down into the shoe. The color is more olive green than this brown tone the site pictures give you, hence the 3 star rating. The color is not what i expected. Noticeably greener tone. Still great universal shoe. Just expected actual hints of brown.

Personally, for me the fit is OK without socks and the arch support could be a little better. I think that with socks it would not be uncomfortable but I would prefer an 11 1/2 which is not manufactured. The 12 would be too big.

Nice cute boots but why are they so hard to get on? Once they are on they're nice but it's extremely hard to get your foot in even going a size up and forget putting on with socks !

These boots were impossible to put on. I was looking for a comfortable, warm shoe to put on quickly before yoga or errands, etc. But it was a huge struggle to put this on my foot, even with the loop in the back. Once they were on, they were a little big but comfortable. Would have kept them if I could get them on my feet easier.

I could not get my foot into the boot. I guess my ankle/arch combo is just too big? I’ve never had this issue with other Ugg boots ... both daughters, with slender ankles, had no problem pulling the boots on. Definitely notice lesser quality of wooly lining now that Ugg has shifted manufacturing to China.

Love the way these boots looked, but I can’t get them on my feet!! The opening is way too narrow. Sadly, will have to return them ??

Dusted Cocoa does not look BROWN! Looks like a brownish gray! Doesn't match the advertised photos from their social media or official website. Seems like every time I order a pair of shoes, there's an inconsistency with these boots

I didn't realize until afterwards but this is not the original ugg brand. The quality on these is not great. I had my original pair for over 15 years and they held up amazingly. These are stiff as cardboard and just not soft or luxurious. I will be reordering a pair from the original ugg 1974 brand. I suggest anyone reading this to do the same!

The fit was ok. The quality of Ugg boots has really gone down. They are NOT worth the price they are charging.

I have had more than 7 pairs of UGG boots for the last 10 years so I buy a new pair almost each year. This is my first time when I was dissatisfied with the quality, the stain appeared after a snowfall and it looks like low-quality leather paint. I know what stains on ugg shoes look like after moisture and this is not the case. When I submitted a complaint with the warranty office, they refused to help me because ugg shoes are not designed to be worn in the snow. " The limited 1 year warranty does not extend to damages or defects caused by water or accidental damage. It is understandable that our items are pre-treated to be water-repellant, however, they are not waterproof and should not be used in harsh weather such as storms. Please note that our warranty does also state that Accidental damage includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by pets, direct heat, food, arts and crafts supplies, inclement weather, natural phenomena, playground equipment, sharp objects, etc. "
I am very disappointed with the service and will never buy from the manufacturer. Waste of money.
