I’m sure these are not “ real or authentic “ if they are the quality has gone way down for UGG inside fur was rough and scratchy and boots are very uncomfortable. Had to return and I’m sure they are fake.

I wanted to love these, my first ever Uggs, but I have to return them. It took me forever to get my foot in past the shaft! I thought I was going to rip the pull tab off! I have slightly wide feet so had my daughter who has normal width same size feet to try them in and she had the same problem. Sadly I have to return them. The only problem now is, do I try the classic short??

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of this product. I bought these new, and the pair I received had a hole in the toe and had obviously been worn. The shearling inside the boot was matted down and worn, and there was what I presume to be gum and other debris in the treads of the shoes. I am unbelievably disappointed in the quality control that had obviously been neglected. My entire family has been very loyal to zappos, but I am very disappointed in this product. I will be sending back the boots. Thank you for your time.

I have a high instep and couldn't get them on it all. It was torture. Toes sink into the most cushy wonderland but no way the shoe was going on. Had a hard time even putting the packaging back in. And I bought a whole size bigger. I'm devastated :(

I borrowed these boots from a friend in beige and loved them so I ordered in black and they turned my toes and feet black RIGHT after a pedicure. Annoying. Returning them.
