I was given a pair of blue Mini Short Classic boots as a birthday present. But the shanks and the instep seams are too narrow and my heels can't get in. I have had a pair of this model some years ago, and I never experienced this problem. A few years ago, UGG was a guarantee of comfy boots, easy to put on. But now something has changed and not for better in your shoes-making policy, as if the designers only paid attention to the external details, disregarding the fact that people's feet have such things as heels, insteps and ankles. Classic Short II are also becoming less comfortable as years go by. Adding 1 inch to the width would not harm the aesthetics.

I ordered two pairs, grey and black. Both came with wrinkles marks and the grey pair came with discoloration. Looks like both pairs was used!!!

This is my first review unfortunately that is not 5 stars. First of all, I want to say I have many pairs of uggs in many different styles and have never had any issues whatsoever. Last week I purchased at full price the Mini in the succulent color. A day later I saw that it was on sale. I sent two messages, one last week and one yesterday, but have yet to receive any response at all. Today I received them and am not happy with the quality. On one side of one of the boots along the seam there is either glue or holes where it appears it wasn't sewn/stitched properly. I haven't decided if I'm going to return or keep. However, moving forward I'm thinking uggs won't be getting my business anymore if I can't even get a response from customer service.

The shoe is extremely tight hard to get your foot in.

The color was exactly what I was looking for. The sad part is I couldn’t get them on, the top of the boot is to narrow/tight.

I ordered these in an 8 even though I wear a 7 because I wanted them to be extra loose like a slipper, and I can barely get my foot in. I can get in my 7s with no issues. I just bought my smaller pair that I have no issues with a couple weeks ago so maybe they are just extremely inconsistent with the size of the opening? Will be returning for sure.

I have had this boot for less then a month and they have ripped on the side near the sole. I would have never expected an ugg product to do this. I have been buying uggs for years and have never had this happen. I am completely disappointed.

Bought it for my mom to match her coat. She couldn't get her foot in. Had to get the ones that open in the back.

i purchased this product and when i tried it, i couldnt even put my foot in, thats how narrow the top of the shoe. very disappointed.

I wrote the website the day i got my package about the hole that i noticed in the side of the shoe and didn't get a response I had ready thrown away the shipping box so...I'm a full time student and I work full time and have a child who has been in and out of the hospital so i had no time to be able to stalk and call so I took a loss on these

So upset that my boots were damaged by a friends dog who decided to eat them just 1 month after I had purchased. I reached out to UGG immediately to let them know what happened and see if there was anything they could do for me. Not only were the customer service representatives not very friendly, but they also copied and pasted responses, that were not a direct answer to my inquiry (along with a plethora of misspellings). They stated there was nothing they could do and that I was out $140. When I called to follow up, they conceded that they could offer me a 20% off coupon, but their email service was down and they have no way to actually send me the coupon. Very upset with the lack of assistance from unprofessional customer service representatives. Feeling very undervalued as a customer. That will be the last pair of UGG boots I own. :(

The boots look like they have already been worn in terms of color which is more greyish than black. I had same model ordered a couple of years ago it looked completely new and colorful, this pair looked much worse when delivered and looks worse every day

Opened the box & the boot had the shape of someone else's foot shape . Stretched & all. I returned to the store rather than wasting my time mailing them back. I'm shocked

this pair and several other pair of UGGS recently bought had to be returned due to them being tight and not fitting properly.

I could not get my foot into the opening and then in the shoe. I purchased the normal size uggs that I wear (I have three other pairs). The opening is way too small. I purchased the exact same pair for my daughter at the same time .... she is a super skinny 16 y/o. She couldn't get her foot into the uggs either. If she can't get her foot into them then I don't know who would be able to wear these shoes! Bummed was looking forward to wearing these around, but I had to return them.
