I got this boots it got ripped in the back after I got it and I was upset because I just wasted 140 on this item.

Waiting for refund

When I returned the shoe at the ugg retail store, the manager told me that this is a common issue and she gets returns on this exact shoe often. The shoe was the correct size however I was not able to fit my foot in.

Could not keep this boot the top opening very small. Like the boot height but have a size 6 foot and still could not get the boot on foot

Purchased the black one, has a strong bad smell, returned it.

Love love love these boots and was so excited to open them Christmas morning. However was super disappointed when I realized the foot hole isn't nearly big enough to get my foot in. The shoe is the correct size. I have many uggs and never had this issue. I tried so many different ways and the shoe absolutely cannot be put on my foot. Super disappointing. How can the hole not be big enough for a foot to get in?! Isn't that the entire point of the shoe? Ughhh so frustrating

I buy my wife a pair of uggs every year, never had this issue. She has to use all her strength to get her foot into the left boot. The right fits just fine. I had her put her left foot in the right boot and it went in easily. So this means the left boot has a smaller rim at the top where she struggles to get her foot in. I didn't know about it until a week later when I saw her struggling to put them on, she's been using them like that so that's why I can't return them.

The whole UGG experience was terrible

Wishing I could post a photo. But I've bought ugg boots before and never had a problem with them. Unfortunately the first time I wore my mini uggs the thread pulled out and now my uggs are falling apart! :( for how much you pay for these uggs that shouldn't happen!

The first pair was cleaner than the second pair

I've been wearing ugg boots for a while, very comfortable. I like mostly the classic boots. I really enjoy wearing them to church shopping and going out to eat looking pretty sharp with mu uggs. I purchase the short mini in the eucalyptus color and sent them back to the store and reorder them again, they stretch on me. So the second pair came and they had more wool and cushion in the right boot. I took them back to the store and got a different color at the Lennox store in Atlanta, guest what they stretch too so I wear them with socks now. I had to make three transactions. I have never had any other problems before this pair I bought.

Warm but bulky

You should say to size up.

I love it because of the color but for somewhat reason it's too small, all my other uggs are size 8 and they fit perfect but this one doesn't fit.

To small for my Daughter

I bought this item almost two weeks ago

Was super excited about my package only to find they were ripped in the seam upon opening... very disappointed

I bought the boots and I had to return them because the shaft of the boot was extremely thin looked like I had worn them multiple times when I've only worn them once, I exchanged them for the same pair and this pair creased the first time I wore them very badly. I'm very unhappy with this product never had this problem with my other uggs.

The quality of this boot is nothing like the uggs that I've purchased in the past. The outer shell is not a good quality, they dent in every where.. The fur on the inside is thin and not thick like they usually are.. The over all quality of this boot is trash.. My old ones are more comfortable and warm.

Did not seem to durable

I would not recommend as I bought a pair of purple minis for my girlfriend for her birthday less than a month ago and they are already falling apart.
