When I received my product is had a huge hash on the boot. Shoe did not get inspected during shipping. Should be especially during Christmas

Gave these to my daughter for Christmas and they are impossible to get your foot in the boot, and she has many other pairs of Ugg's in the same size. There are other reviews saying the same, just wish we saw the reviews before purchase. We will be returning them . :(

I have yet to receive this purchase from Ugg. My order was placed December 5th and it is now December 23. Shipment tracking shows it should have been received by December 14th. This is not typical service from Ugg.

The boot is adorable however -the opening of the boot is so narrow you cannot get the boot on your foot. The craziest thing I have ever scene. I saw the same review by someone else and thought maybe that buyer had a defective boot. There is something fundamentally wrong with the design of this style Ugg boot.

We received our purchase from this website and received a fake pair. The trademarked R is nowhere to be found on the boot. VERY Disappointed to have paid full price for fake UGGs

Same problem as others. Could not get on due to narrow opening on boot shaft. AND the box came all taped up with the cardboard boot inserts hjust lying in the box. Clearly a return, I expect for the same reason.

I love ugg boots and I was so excited to get my classic mini. I received them and I was very disappointed that I couldn't get them on. The opening was really small with no stretch. I tried everything to get them on. I will not try to order again

I wear a 7 in Ugg's with a slim foot. I could not get my foot inside the boot because the front is cut so tight. You literally have to hold the back tag on the boot smoosh that all the way down then try to get your foot in and pull the tab back up over your heel. I returned the boot. Not sure why they were made like that.

Boot opening is too small to even allow your foot to slip in. Opening is extremely small. I will definitely be returning these boots.

There's no way that I should be able to see the print of my toe/toes! These Ugg's can't be genuine! I have yet to speak with anyone who can resolve or rectify this matter.

I was extremely excited to receive my boots but once I saw them I was very disappointed. They looked dusty plus had a stain on them. The last pair I received was scruffy looking as well. I will be returning both pair. I need y'all to do better!

My sister got me these for my birthday and they are so hard to put on . I'm an 8.5 in boots and she got a 9 . Wont even go pass my heels

I couldn't get my feet inside of the boots. The neck was TOO NARROW as I own other UGG boots already and I usually don't have a problem with them. But I actually tore the back of the boot at the heel trying to put the boot on with a shoe horn. IT WAS HORRIBLE. I am trying to get my money back for what I paid for these boots.

What happened to UGG? I’ve owned several pairs of UGG boots throughout the years. However, they have greatly declined in quality. I have owned these less one week, worn only indoors and the inside lining is severely pilling and the outside stitching is frayed. I bought two other pair as a gift for my mom and sister but will need to return.

I have always loved Uggs but for some reason the hole to put your foot in is child size and there's no give without the risk of ripping the shoe.
