Super cute and comfy

So very disappointed, I bought the green which was only available in mini. I always by the tall and never had any issues getting my foot in, but the mini was impossible.

The "Ugg" sign on the back doesn't look authentic. The opening to put your foot in is super tiny. Also, the ridges on the bottom looks like a 4 year old cut them with scissors. This will be my last pair.

I love UGG products, don't get me wrong but the opening of this boot is horrible. It is so small, I even went to get a shoe horn because I thought something was wrong. My kid size UGG is not this small at the opening of the boot. I brought the same boots one black size 7 and beige size 6 and they both was too small getting my foot inside. I was so disappointed with this boot. I figure I would try this new style but its not for Adults or maybe they irregular, I have no idea but I have to send them back. I have never sent back UGG products.

The seams are falling apart I've only had these boots for 2 months.

The quality of the shoe is way way way off from the price. The suede part is really thin and my foot wobbles all around when I walk. Would definitely size down and would suggest getting a "knockoff" for a 1/4 of the price. Seriously would have returned if not such a hassle.

I've been wearing uggs for over 15 years and it is so disappointing to see how far down hill they have gone. There is hardly any fur in the heels of the boots so they slip significantly and they are hard as a rock with no practically no cushion.

Cute boots but you can't even get ur foot in them. I had to have my boyfriend force the shoe on my foot. The toe to heel is perfect but the ankle is tiny. I don't know why they designed it like that but it's horrible. Sizing up doesn't seem to be a good option.

Size 8 too big, size 7 too small now won't let me return or at least exchange for something else...really??

Nothing great about these boots

Not true to sizing. Opening runs small and boot runs large. Would have sent back if it wasn't such a hassle.

Returned them- more like shoes than boots and I boot in error. then got the classic short boot which isn't comfortable . Tighter than any other Uggs - I have at least 3 pairs. I kept them hoping they will become more comfortable.

Boot arrived with spot on the toe. Should have been easily caught by quality control and never shipped out. Now I have to wait for their exchange process instead of just sending me a boot and THEY can credit me when they receive the defective one. Poor process! There's no place on the return form to put it's defective or describe problem. That means this boot will most likely ship out again and again and again. Poor quality control. Then I tried to add a picture but this form when spinning out so now it's the second time I'm writing this. Poor technology. Bugs. Also, color is pretty but not the same color as the site shows. More pastel. Poor product picts and representation. C'mon ugg. You can do better! Think of your customer to start. At Christmas time we waited 2.5 months to get a boot. Arrived in February for Christmas. Poor management. Poor inventory control.

The quality of the uggs have changed tremendously, after the second wear they were no longer black but ash gray and the inside does not stay fluffy long

The brim of the shoe is not wide enough. It's hard to get the shoe on and it's not comfortable around the ankle

They are really hard to put on and they make my feet look huge
