The material at the back of my boot ripped while putting them on only after the second time wearing them. I took them to a professional shoe repair because I did not want these expensive boots to go to waste and after I got them fixed, they ripped right away again when putting them on carefully for the first time. As a regular UGG customer, I am very disappointed as this is unlike the quality of other boots and slippers I have purchased.

The seam on the boot came apart on the second wear. Only wore for 2 hours total before the seam separated.

So disappointed in these. They are so soft and flimsy. They feel more like a house slipper. The sole is made out of a soft foam and are slippery. Not the same sturdy uggs I used to know. Don't even know if they will last a season. I did not want to spend this much money on a house slipper.

This product came used the color looks washed out and I'm just not happy for how they look at all.

Wore it once and they were way too light, these boots have absolutely no foot support. I felt as though I was going to trip easily in them. Felt as though I was walking barefoot on the concrete.

These were my 5th pair of Uggs. I ordered these in black. The black lining stained my feet and they ran large. I had to send them back. I expect better quality for the price. I suggest ordering boots with a white lining to avoid this. I saw multiple reviews of this boot with varying comments about size. I wish Ugg could get consistent with sizes.

I used to LOVE Uggs. I have owned several pairs of the Classics. Since Ugg changed to the Classic II line, the quality has declined. First, my former size 5 no longer fits like it used to. I tried a size 6 and it is too big. Size 5 is too small. Second, the sheepskin seems thinner. Third, the Ugg lining is not as thick and plush as it used to be. Why did Ugg change? Bring back the original Classic line. Until they do, SADLY, I'm done with these shoes.

First off thought I was buying the original Ugg boot from Australia but this site is in the US and the products are made in China. Secondly I ordered my usual size and because of the design of the mini boot, it is almost impossible to get on. Sent them back immediately.

I ordered Uggs for my girlfriend for a holiday gift and there was a tiny tear in the stitching on top of the boot. We tried to see if we can exchange, but Uggs has been sold out of the campfire color. Very disappointed.

My uggs became stained the first day and it was almost impossible to clean. When I tried with just water the stain became worse. Even with the Ugg cleaning kit , stain remover and water resistant spray the Uggs became faded and look horrible. I spent so much money for them to look awful just with the first few days I owned them. I don't know if I will ever purchase Uggs again.

Boot was a great salmon color, ordered a size 7 that I typically wear in an Ugg, however could not get my foot in the boot as the top part did not have any give to get my heel in

I gifted the pair of boots to my Girlfriend for Christmas and It was a total disappointment. My Girlfriend later contacted me asking me where I have purchased them because they were not Authentic. It was an embarrassment and total failure. I later got in contact with a representative explaining what had happened and she thought I was crazy. Long story short I will never buy from you guys again.

I couldn't even get my foot though the hole on the top because it was so small .

The seams on the side are loosening and the fur is fluffing out. Not sure if that is normal, first time having the boots.

Label was correct on box black but the boots are navy blue.

The stitch on the inside of the shoes is coming undone and I haven't even worn them yet.

When my daughter opened her boots on Christmas morning it was unfortunate that one boot puckers in the toe area and the seam appears to not be stitched incorrectly showing an extra sliver of material which is evident because of the color difference. The color (chocolate) is no longer available in her size (7) and she is reluctant to give this pair up. Which means I've paid a lot of money for a short-lived (or never worn) pair of boots. :-/. Disappointing, it was "the" gift this year.

I loved these, however they are completely impractical. Even after spraying with water protectant, these were stained by a little bit of water and completely ruined. I'm so disappointed.

I wore my UGGs for the second or third time and had water marks on the top of boot.

I've never had a problem with sizing on any type of shoe before. When I first tried putting them on I was shook because my foot couldn't even go in. The circle part where your foot first goes in was so tight that it would not go in. I actually sized up for extra comfort and I was so shocked that It did not fit. Sadly had to return!!!!!
