the opening on my left boot is wayyyy smaller than the right i have a hard time putting on my left boot compared to the right the whole boot looks smaller the the other but both are size 8 watsup with that?? i wore them before i noticed so i am very disappointed that i cannot exchange my purchase and am very sad that it is actually my first purchase from ugg and it is quite expensive for me to of gotten this very poor quality boot. makes me scared to spend that much money again.

The second or third time wearing them the stitching on the right boot it ripped on the tourer seam. Never had that happen to a pair of boots

These are cut very small in the ankle area you have to go up a size. Please make more I love this color and I had to return the pair I purchased.

They were supposed to be black but they're an ashy gray! Loose and ugly! So ugly I thought I brought them from a knockoff shop. I'm truly disappointed in Ugg's for this mess!

Couldn't even get my foot in the boot and after reading reviews (I was blinded by the popularity and lack of availability when I purchased!), realized I wasn't alone. Didn't try too hard to get my foot in because others said it was just as hard to get off. Very sad! Wondering how anyone wears these and if other retailers or manufacturers are any different (mine were made in China).

I think UGG changes the mini ugg every release. It seems as if they have changed the width of the ankle. I had a very hard time putting these boots on. I have plenty of short style uggs and the top of these new ones were very narrow. I even compared them to a pair I bought a few months ago and the ankle section looked different. I am not sure if I need to break them in first but I could not even out my foot in to try, SO I am returning them.

The dye on the black Uggs is a DISASTER! We purchased a pair of black slippers and black mini boots. My husband tried them on and brushed up against the fabric of our white sofa, and the dye rubbed off. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE product quality.

Gave these to my daughter for Christmas and they are impossible to get your foot in the boot, and she has many other pairs of Ugg's in the same size. There are other reviews saying the same, just wish we saw the reviews before purchase. We will be returning them . :(

I have yet to receive this purchase from Ugg. My order was placed December 5th and it is now December 23. Shipment tracking shows it should have been received by December 14th. This is not typical service from Ugg.

The boot is adorable however -the opening of the boot is so narrow you cannot get the boot on your foot. The craziest thing I have ever scene. I saw the same review by someone else and thought maybe that buyer had a defective boot. There is something fundamentally wrong with the design of this style Ugg boot.

Same problem as others. Could not get on due to narrow opening on boot shaft. AND the box came all taped up with the cardboard boot inserts hjust lying in the box. Clearly a return, I expect for the same reason.
