I'm disappointed to hear that this isn't the REAL Australian Ugg brand. It says on my tag made in Thailand.. the quality is embarrassing compared to what the Uggs used to be and then that's when I found out they were bought out from another company trying to pull off as Australian brand Ugg and charging the same price. they are cheaply made.

THE WRONG UGGS WERE DELIVERED (I GOT ULTRA MINI INSTEAD OF CLASSIC MINI)

Boots were given to me as a gift The good: they are cute, very warm and comfortable The bad: I can no longer wear because they fell apart. The back stitching ripped out I contacted customer service and they are not doing anything because I do not have a receipt.

Don't waste your money. You can't fit a regular size foot into these boots! Terrible design . The opening is TOO SMALL and you won't be able to get your foot into the darn boot! What happened to UGG?!? Sent back!

For years I wanted Uggs and I'm glad I tried them but now I know they aren't for me. I actually returned my purchase and am grateful for an easy return and quick refund. With no arch support, they just weren't right for my feet. Disappointed that such an expensive shoe would have no arch support. But it's okay. I tried and they just didn't work.

The material turns ashy as soon as you wear it. Makes the boot look worn as if you had it for years when really it's fresh out the box. Very disappointing.

The NEW DUSTED COCOA IS HORRIBLE. THE QUALITY OF THESE BOOTS ARE ABSOLUTE TRASH. THE BOOTS LOOK ASHY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DISAPPOINTED

I have at least 10 pairs of Uggs in my closet. I love them. I wanted this shorter version, but wow, the sole is literally 2" thick and they are brown, not grey. I wonder if the wrong boots were in the box??

1st order arrived with gum everywhere. then stained appeared after 1 day of wearing around house. looked like it was already there. Customer service not good.

I couldn't fit my feet through the hole that was there so I ordered a size 8 instead of my usual 7 and they were way to big. I know 7 is my normal size. I have many UGG's and these were the first ones that I couldn't put my feet into. They fit good once I got my foot into them. I would not recommend a size 7, but the hole was way bigger in the 8.

I bought these boots for my friend. I don't bother to look at boots and just wrap them. So She messaged me and told me the boots are stained she sent me a picture of the boots and they were stained. I just don't understand how can the company send a bad quality boots to a customer.

The part of the boot where you put your foot in is too narrow, my foot would not go in! That part needs to be bigger so your foot could slide in easier.

Quality has significantly decreased. The sheepskin on the outside looked like it was bare/rubbing away, the fur inside was not thick or fluffy, and the shoes didn't look right. I have 4 pairs of Uggs that I bought prior to last year, and I was very disappointed with this pair. I'm going to return.

My black boots arrived and you could see the opaque black, I thought it was normal and now they are white on the front and black on the back, I totally don't know what to do Ugg. After two weeks of wearing my daughter's boots came apart at the seam. Not impressed or the price I paid.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. They are the second pair she's had. She wore this new pair and after the first day, both toe tip soles peeled back. I sent pictures to ugg and reached out for assistance and have not heard back. It's been at least 10 days.

I ordered a new pair because my old ones wore through and started staining my socks. As soon as I put them on I noticed a difference. They were not warm, they had no cushioning, and the fur inside was minimal compared to my year old worn out pair. I am extremely disappointed in the quality and WOULD NOT recommend.

I'm unhappy with the boots because the dye transferred onto my feet, so I ordered another pair. Perhaps it's a quality control issue.

I was disappointed because my shoes were worn u can see and feel lines in the top toe part like someone walked in them they also had marks on them.

So disappointed! These fit awful -loose like bedroom shoes! They are too loose & your foot slides around inside. The left one always looks larger & wider than the right. What happened here? I used to love your boots. Now they are just cheap & not well made. Returned them all for the last 2 or 3 years.
