The new matieral for this product is not as good as the original classic. The material to pull up from the back of the UGG is horrible, rips very easily.

The top is too big can not wear it with tighs only looks ugly

I was given these really cute boots for Christmas in the color "Sand" and was disappointed when they got a small stain from chocolate. The boots did very well in the snow but when chocolate from an ice cream cone fell onto my boot, the stain wouldn't leave until 5 washes later. I was gentle with cleaning the boot and I even used my Ugg Care Kit in hopes of removing the stain, but it only made things worse. The stain eventually cleared up, but then there were water stains that were dark all over the toe end of the boot. I'm not sure if I cleaned it so much that the water repellent came off, but there were stains coming after each wash. The boot became slimy and no longer repells water, which was truly disappointing.

I couldn't get my foot into the boot. The arch of my foot is too high. I am so bummed! These uggs are so cute, wish I could have worn them. I ordered the bailey button instead.

I got these a couple of months back and I was so excited to wear them for the first time. It was finally cold enough and I picked the perfect outfit to complement them. It took me 20 minutes to get these things on. The ankle cuff is so incredibly tight. I have UGGs in other styles, including classic short, and have absolutely no problem. Maybe a design flaw?

I'm very disappointed because I was expecting them to be water and stain proof and the were neither! Within the first couple of days I got a stain on them. Also space grey I thought was going to be a light grey but it definitely a light purple.

My previous pair of Uggs minis lasted 3+ years until the area around the toes got to be so worn it shredded. I wore them a lot. All the time. Spring, Winter, Fall. I agonized over replacing them when I saw the price went up from $90 to $134, but decided with how much use I get from them, it was worth it. I bought the same size I had before (6). The new ones (arrived late October) were significantly more difficult to pull on. I wore them a bunch (but not as much as the original pair since they just weren't as easy to pull on). They never loosened up and remained difficult to pull on. Once on there was room to move (so I could have gone 5.5 if they made half sizes). They were perfectly comfortable on though, nice and warm as expected. However, at the very start of January (so just over 2 months into having them) I pulled them on and they split at the seam (well, the right one did... there was little point in pulling on the left one after that). As the seam split, the tag poked through from inside the boot: ""Made in China"". Had to laugh (bitterly). I hope others start realizing that these boots, while they keep getting more expensive, are experiencing a decline in quality. It's sad, because these boots filled a need that isn't easily accommodated by other footwear.

I called Ugg to inquire about sizing. I wear a 9 in virtually all shoes/boots...but an 8 in all 6 pair of Uggs I own. I was stold these would fit the same, so ordered 8--FAR TOO SMALL...the wool is also nowhere near as dense/plush...and there is NO arch support, despite claims that the'Classic II' has improved in that regard. Bottom line, these are very disappointing.

For the price, not worth it. I have original Ugg Australias from 10 years ago before they dropped the name and they still felt better than the new pair. The lining of the new one felt synthetic not super soft or plush and the boots themselves were so thin.

The quality of these boots has declined exponentially over the past 5-10 years. Seams, inner fur texture, and color do not match expectations or the price paid. I will be exploring UGG Since 1974 in the future.

Ordered the same size I always have in my previous UGGs. I have had two pairs of slippers and two pairs of the boots, but in the original style these I can't even get my foot into it past the arch new styling runs narrow and smaller than the original sailing. Please go back to the UGGs that I love.

So I have a pair of these very Uggs that are over 2 years old and still wearable. Last year I asked my BF for a second pair because I wanted a pair that looked fresh. He ordered them here on 12/31/24. One year and one month later I noticed holes near the big toe area that make these now unwearable. All UGG said they could do is give us a 10% discount on a new pair. I had read that UGGS were having quality issues but I didn't care and got them anyway. DON'T make my mistake. UGGs haze abandoned quality for profit . BTW--they were the same size and I have normal toes!

I ordered these to complement my other colors of previous purchased UGGs. Unfortunately, the new styling of UGGs from the original just don't make it. I were the same size as my previous UGGs, but I couldn't even get my foot into them. They were too small. Let's go back to my favorite comfortable UGGs styling. I won't be buying anymore.

I could not get the boots on. My foot is narrow but I needed a zipper.

The quality is nothing like the old school Ugg Australia boots. And the sizing is so off. Unfortunately will never buy a Uggs again.

Do NOT spill anything even water on these. They will be ruined.

I would never purchase these again, but ore them once and got a water spot on them and they are stained. For the amount of money, but worth it to me.

Impossible to put on! I have the same exact style I purchased in chestnut a few years back. And I absolutely love them as they are super easy to slip on and off. Something is wrong with this year’s style. I can barely get the right shoe on and I can’t get the left one on at all. They are too snug at the opening. For reference, I am a true size 5 in Uggs and have narrow feet.

Ugg's quality has really gone downhill. The boots I received are extremely lightweight and feel flimsy, like my foot could push right through the front. The fur lining is very thin and doesn't seem durable at all. On top of that, the shipping experience was incredibly frustrating. It took over three weeks to receive my order, and every time I reached out, I was given a different excuseranging from the package being stolen at FedEx to it "falling off the truck." In reality, it was sitting in their warehouse the entire time, and I had to wait nearly 10 days just for them to contact it. Overall, this experience was ridiculous. I would rather order from a third party than deal with the company directly again.
