I love Ugg boots & brand! However this particular style(Classic mini 2, Black) have been difficult due to 1st attempt being the size, too big (6). The second try, size(5) was perfect BUT, it looked pre worn with marks, and or scratches. I was very disappointed because I love this product, and secondly I have to have this boot be apart of my woredrob. They are warm, cute, an great alternative to a sneaker, but with more of a bohemian feel, look and style! The good news is they are able to issue a refund though, so I'll just reorder them with positive energy, knowing they'll get it right on the 3rd time. Side note: I always order from Ugg.com due to excellent customer service.

I am a mom of adults and young children. I buy Ugg's for the comfort and style. I have the same pair of shoes from last year. This years product is way too hard to put on and has an extremely tight fit with nooooo.... give.

They are okay just very hard to put on if you have wide feet!

I've had several pairs of classic uggs but the last time I got a new pair was probably 5+ years ago. Since then, they've changed the sizing, so instead of a size down from my normal shoe I now have to go a size up. Also, I wanted to get my first pair of mini's but the ankle hole isn't big enough for my high arch to get into, so after several failed attempts, no mini's for me. Something to think about! I've loved several uggs but the change in the classics from what they used to be is a bummer.

I had three pairs of UGGs, short classic in chestnut was perfect. The short leather in black is way too tight...hard to pull on and so tight on the tight foot I gave them away. This newest pair of mini II in black olive are like the black leather...hard to pull on and tight across the top of the foot. The length and width is fine..if they stretch some I guess they will be all right but I don't understand the inconsistency in fit.

My daughter was so excited to get the Seal boots with the tan logo. Unfortunately when they arrived the online advertising showed them with a tan logo but, per the company that isn't the case. Disappointed in the online shopping site, we will be returning and hopefully no one else is disappointed like my daughter.

I've been wearing these for a week and I notice the firm is so thin and feels almost cheap or fake to me. Super disappointed since they were rather pricey. I have uggs that are 4 years old and the fur is much softer and thicker.

The boot is beautiful but very difficult to get on. I think because it's so short. I actually never got my foot in the boot...

The color is OFF. Online they look BROWN in reality they are more OLIVE GREEN. Very disappointed not what I was expecting. First pair of Uggs don't like the fit at all very narrow, not for wide feet. My Bearpaw boots feel wayyy better.

So idk if my feet is to fat or what but it's so hard to put on my feet omg and I only had them for two weeks and I wore them two times and they already ripped in the back I guess from me killing my self putting them on smh super annoyed. There so cute just don't understand why this happen to me.

When I ordered them they would not let me use my student discount and $20 reward certificate, so that upset me. Also when I opened them I noticed there isn't white spots on the boots. I've never worn the makeup I just took them out of the box as soon as they were delievered

they're very cute looking but i can't get my heel into the shoe. i have regular height classic uggs in the same size and they fit just fine, but i they won't pass my heel. i was wondering if there's anyway to possibly stretch the top of these because if i exchange them for a size larger i fear they will be too big and the opening will remain the same size.

The new matieral for this product is not as good as the original classic. The material to pull up from the back of the UGG is horrible, rips very easily.
