Sadly, like so many products these days, Uggs quality seems reduced. They are a little less plush, a little less soft. I will keep them and I like them, but if you owned Ugss when they were first popular 5-10 years ago you will see they aren't quite as nice.

The length of the boots doesn't fit any pants.

This is the second pair of these boots that I've purchased and both have torn. I remember having Uggs for years back in the day, with no issues. My first pair of these tore within 1.5 years and this pair tore within a month. To say I am disappointed in the quality of this product would be an understatement. Hopefully they don't give me a hassle around an exchange/replacement and hopefully the new pair holds up.

I have had Ugg products for years. Quality and fit always great. I wear Uggs just about everyday. I have not had a return before. These boots made in China and had a poorer quality. Inner fur was not as robust ,especially on the foot bed. Getting them on was difficult. Size was correct, but the foot entering the boot was not right. Way too tight and hassle getting them on. Needless to say, had to return. I will pick another item.

The opening for your foot is too small. I'm sure the size would be right, but the opening was so small I couldn't get my foot in. I returned them.

I think it's best to buy several pairs of Ugg boots it seems they look worn out very fast with only a few wears. But they are comfortable and warm for the winter. I love them just wish the look would last.

Really disappointed in the color. I thought it would be a shade of green. They are NOT!

Unfortunately the UGG brand has sold out and the quality of the material and craftsmanship has gone down hill. They're fine but now that UGGs are manufactured in China, you can tell the poor quality.

The boots were very hard to get on.

First of all, let me say, I love the color "Forest ". Shipping was fast. Everything was boxed properly. My previous UGG minis were purchased around 2018 and the interior was comfy and thick. These new boots are actually roomier (not a good thing) same size as previous purchases,and the sheep skin or whatever it is, is very thin and does not have the same cushioning quality whatsoever as my previous purchases. I may return them OR order inserts for size & cushion. The price point is ridiculous for a boot that isn't sized right and isn't up to UGG quality. I will not be purchasing any more UGG products.

i got the chocolate brown mini II for the price I was expecting the boot to be more durable. and the fur inside isn't as soft as I thought and overtime it will get flat. its still cute tho and I don't regret buying them. im a size 71/2 and I got a 7 and it fits perfect

I would not buy online again - I have 4 pairs of Uggs the mid-calf size in dark brown, black & rich caramel. the mini-Uggs I expected to be the same rich caramel color as my older pair but they were an anemic pale sickly color NOT the rich brown AND they were not as plush or thick as my other older pairs. so the quality has gone down...I should have bought them at.My local store sells them & they were the color I expected. I won't buy again sight unseen online..

Boot does not come in half sizes so, per Ugg's guidance, I ordered a half size down from my regular size. The boot felt much too tight - hard to get on, the seam around the ankle felt like it was digging in, not much room in toe box. I took them to the store to exchange for a size up but still felt the ankle seam was tight & digging in. I ended up exchanging for the "short" style which I found much more comfortable. No tight ankle seam, plenty of room, softer lining and a more comfortable sole.

I like it but the expedited shipping did not hold true to its claims. I ordered this a week ago and finally, it is here. This bothered me because it was supposed to come in 2-3 days and took just as long as regular shipping. Not much was done when customer service was called as well.

I was expecting more of a navy blue but it appeared more of an almost black shade. Also, for a mini the way these boots are cut it was difficult to get my foot inside the boot once inside it fit and I had some room to spare. But getting my foot in the narrow opening was the issue. I am not sure I would recommend this color it is a little different from the photo.

I got the color Goat. Online it looked more of a light beige/oat color, in person it's a light gray. No sweat, they're still really very cute.... BUT they are so dang hard to put on over my heel, like my fingers hurt after trying to and it takes a good 10 minutes. I wear a US 6 and have other pairs from about 8 years ago that weren't as tight to put over my foot. The classic mini with button is a lot easier but I don't want every color I buy to have the button. I think the design could use a revise. Anywho... yea

I love UGG but they missed the mark on these. The comfort was there after I fought to get my foot into the insanely tight opening. Super weird since I don't have this problem with my short classics. Returning and getting the Bailey button mini's in hopes they're easier to put on.

I expected for them to feel like the leather ones that I have, but they did not.

I find these boots hard to put on I wonder if the ultra minis would be something more my style. This is the second pair I've had it's not quite what I was expecting each pair being hard to put over the heel to get the boot fully on
