My Uggs are so soft, look great and true to size. They are so warm in cold weather and stay dry since I water proof them. So glad I have them.

This is my 3rd pair. The first two pairs were great but then this last pair looks like it was thrown together very poorly. The ankle part is very thin and the boots fit different on each foot.one feels tight and the other is loose. For this price I would expect the quality to be much higher.

Did not like the style. Should have ordered the taller pair

I bought these boots online for my granddaughter. She loves them! As the boots were on backorder, Ugg notified me as soon as they were available. I had the boots sent to my granddaughter at college. I was able to track the package as it travelled across the country. The entire process was seamless!

I was sent a defective pair of ugh mini's in sand. The soles were dark brown instead of the sand color as shown in the picture. Also, the ugg label and loop on the back of the shoe are off center. Ugg offered to exchange them but unfortunately they are sold out in my color/size. Why would a company with the reputation Ugg has not have quality control over their product. This shoe should NEVER have been sold for full price. A heavy discount would seem appropriate but Ugg basically offered me nothing!!

I love these boots. Easy on and off plus they're cute and comfy.

This was a gift for someone and they be them. I own two pair myself. They are so comfortable and warm.

These boots are great. Super cute. Color pink is very pretty. They fit perfect and are really warm. I do wish they had a little more padding on the foot bed though though. I use these for slippers around the house. Originating purchased slippers but realized they had zero padding and returned those for these and I'm much happier and warmer. Little pricey but cute and comfy!

I love this mini boot! I bought it in the navy color. The only issue I have is that it's wicked hard to put on! I really have to pull on that loop to help. That's why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. I have the tall gray boots in a size 8 and they're fine getting on and off. I bought the mini in a 9 but should've stuck with the 8. I wear an 8 1/2 mostly. The 9 is roomy but not horrible.

It was a gift for my Granddaughter. She absolutely loved them and started wearing them immedicately!

Love this boot! Have this boot in gray, black, and mustard seed. Bought this color because you can't find Mustard Seed anywhere and wanted one pair to where indoors.. Thought this color would be a good option. It was a nice color, but the outer sole was darker than the suede upper. Otherwise, boot is excellent

I love the color they are so comfortable perfect true to size so cute and warm.

I have the same pair in grey and these felt like someone literally wore it 100 times and sent it to me. Didn't feel as tight as the grey ones (yes I wear them with NO socks and same size). Still cute and comfy.

Fits comfortable and as with all Ugg's very warm, difficult to put on but once foot is inside fits like a glove.

I hav purchased countless Uggs over the years for myself and my daughters. I ordered a new pair for myself on 1/9/23 directly from Ugg. The bottom feels like you're walking on plastic and barely covered in sheepskin. The sizing is also different. I purchased the same exact pair in the same exact color 2 years. Ago. Extremely disappointed in the drop in quality and that UGH is ok with a sub par product. Awful.

I will live in these this winter ! I am retired and put these boots on my feet as soon as I opened them! They feel like they were custom made for my feet!!

I had the classic mini ll in size 7 chestnut. They got ruined so my fianc got me kids Uggs which don't feel as great so we returned them. I ordered the ones i wanted off Uggs website and it finally came in after back order. I got them in the mail and i put them on and they don't feel snug like my original ones. Is it a wide shoe or what? I am tired of returning and waiting For these. Don't get me wrong i love Uggs and everything I've just been really frustrated and don't know if i should return these?

I bought this as a Christmas gift and they haven't received it yet . They look beautiful and hopefully the size will be perfect. Shopping online was easy and shipping was fast. Great Service so far.

First time Ugg buyer and so happy! Comfy, cozy and so warm!! I'm work at home standing all day, my feet feel great. Can't wait to buy another pair.
