Color was awesome. The warmth and comfort once I got them on were amazing. So why not 5 stars? I could not get them on. Literally the struggle was real. I resorted to a shoe horn and that didn't help. I spend a good 20 minutes trying to get them on before I gave up. I was petrified I was going to rip the loop on the back off. Tried again the next day and got one on after 10 minutes. Finally on the fourth try, three days later I got both on. It has been a little easier each time. And no, they are not to small. They fit comfortably when on, it was just a nightmare getting them on.

These ran small , had a difficult time getting them on/off.

Perfect fit.with an 8. I wear an 8, but with some brands I need an 8.5. These are cushy and comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for.

Fits perfect! They are so cute! I read some reviews saying the opening was not wide enough to get foot in. I was expecting having a hard time getting ny foot in and didn't care because they're so cute, but my foot slid in without any trouble. I wear a 8.5 in regular shoes and I chose size 8 and fit great. So happy with my purchase! Two

Bought for my wife early Christmas. Very nice .

Although these boots are still warm and comfy , I do believe that the company cut some costs with the materials. It's just not as good as it was just a few years ago. Would I buy again? Probably. Because if nothing else I trust their customer service. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes. And I would express my opinion as stated above. So, for me , it's a 4 out of 5 stars for Ugg. Which, bottom line, is still great.

Granddaughter loved them! perfect.

Received an empty box, customer service didn't accept the picture of the empty box as sufficient evidence. Out a lot of money now.

They are so warm and comfy - the perfect shoes for chilly winter days. The color is so cute too.
