I was so disappointed that my foot couldn't get in towards the bottom on the instep. I cried. I was told that I wasn't the only one with that problem.

Brought these last year 2024 around Christmas time, never wore them until this year December 2025. second time wearing for the season and they are creased badly. they are creased(front and sides). quality sucks, they don't make them like they did back in the day. don't waste your money.

I'm giving this 0 stars now cause this is the 3rd time I'm writing this review. Apparently you cant mention pricing, which is nonsense and sounds more like Timberland trying to stop me from posting THIS: These are the worst, least durable boots Ive ever owned. Took these to an NFL game & they fell apart as I was on my way to the stadium on a rainy day. The rubber was peeling off all over; while walking, while at my seat (pics included)I thought I was going to be walking in my socks eventually on the wet ground. Ive bought cheaper boots off a competitor site I cant name or else this review wont get published (I think you can guess) that hold up better than these! I was so infuriated, couldnt even walk around the stadium for fear my boots would fall apart more and I'd be barefoot by the time I got home. Never in my life has this happened to me with another pair of shoes. When I got home I took more pics. They speak for themself.

The fit was ok after a break in period. Unfortiunately, in just about 2 years tine of intermittent use of the boot, the side separated at the sole. What's more is that I don't know why the clain of waterproff --b nbot for long anyway. My feet got wet just from a walk through pasture grass with morning dew. Too bad.

We were so excited for these 14" tall boots but believe the reviews -- they're sized small. My daughter has at least 3 other pairs of Timbs in the same size (9) that fit her perfectly, but these were too small.

I bought these boots for my husband maybe a yr and a half ago and the sole fell off while we were shopping today. This was his second time wearing them. I called customer service and she told ne I needed a receipt to be able to process a claim....who knows where that is. And my thing is if it is a defect replace the shoe as a customer courtesy. I saw another customer had the same complaint and my husband's brown and green ones did the same. Definitely will not buy them again especially since timberland doesn't stand behind their products

I've been buying and wearing Timbs for over 30 years, but after this experience with the Field Boot, I'm not sure I'll ever purchase Timbs ever again. The second time I wore these boots, the sole completely disintegrated while I was out. Pieces of the sole started breaking apart as I stepped out of my car, leaving me embarrassed - to add, I was an hour away from home and I had to find a department store just to buy another pair of shoes because the boots were unusable. By the time I walked into a store to buy replacement shoes I had no outsoles left - it looked like I was wearing wrestling shoes. Literally ruined my lunch date. This is not the quality I've come to expect from Timberland. I've always trusted this brand for its durability, but this experience has completely shattered my confidence in their products. Save your money and avoid this boot at all costs. If this is what Timberland calls "quality" now, they've lost a lifelong customer.

Very uncomfortable around the ankles. The inside fabric produces pressure points that are very painful. I have been wearing them for a few days trying to break them in, however they are not getting less painful. Can't return them because they are used.

I kept these shoes in the box from the day I received them.the shoes looked like new no scratches or scuffs.wore them very sparingly as I usually have at least 40 pairs of shoes.after two years I was walking down the street and the soles completely disintegrated.sent them back and was told that it was usual wear and tear.how can one shoe have a almost new looking sole while the other completely falls apart be considered usual wear and tear.stay away from these.

This was the most disappointing boot I have ever owned. The heel of the boots disintegrated after 2 years and the Company didn't stand by this defective product.

The soles start disintegrating after about 4 years. They just fall apart. Because of this I can't give these a 5 star rating. It starts out them getting "stickey" then they start leaving black everywhere and then the sole just disintegrates. I hope Timberland will look into this matter. Timberline #13338

This was a return and the boots sent to me to replace the damaged return arrived in poor condition as well. The boots had scuff and scrape marks. The boots had toe creases like they were not new . The suede on both toe sections were not new and appeared used. Very upset and I want my full payment back. Timberland sent worse boots than the actual return damaged originals. I'm done with Timberland.

I'm a size 9 1/2. Feels too small so I go up to a size 10, only problem, it seems like they never have that size in stock. If that's a popular size one would think to keep more than average in stock.

i HAVE BEEN BUYING THIS FIELD GORE TEX BOOT FOR YEARS . I BOUGHT A PAIR ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO AND PLANNED TO USE WHEN MY CURRENT PAIR WORE OUT. STORED IN MY CLOTHES CLOSET, WHEN I PUT THEM ON AND BEGAN TO WALK IN A LOCAL DRUG STORE I SAW I WAS LEAVING BLACK MARKS. UPON INSPECTION THE RUBBER SOLE FOR A LACK OF BETTER DESCRIPTION WAS MELTING, ie TURNING INTO GOO. COMPANY SAID TOO BAD ONLY ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Shoes were a gift. Kept in closet for 8 months. Didn't even get both shoes on before heels and soles disintegrated. Totally unusable. From other posts looks like I am out of luck getting manufacturer to stand by their product. But I am going to try...

Bought three pairs green and brown and black. And brown and gold All three shoes were probably worn fives times bottom rubber soles are breaking. I emailed timberland and was told I had 30 days to return. I've had the Boots for over a year but never worn. Boots should not disintegrate after a year

I bought these boots for my husband yesterday since he was leaving on a men only trip this weekend. He wore them today and they fell apart from the sole. I can't believe it. I should have read the reviews since it seems to be something that happens with this boot. He's outdoors in the desert. I don't know if it's too hot but regardless this shouldn't had happened. DO NOT BUY THIS BOOT AT ALL.

Had to return because of defect. Waiting on a credit because Timberland's policy does not place returned/defected products. Will spent my money elsewhere.

I received this product with a defect. I can't believe that it was inspected before it left the warehouse. No option for them to replace with a new pair of boots. Had to return and waiting for my credit. Very dissatisfied.

I've had these Field Boots about 11 months and wore them for the 3rd time today! While driving today in cold weather (polar vortex) the soles suddenly disintegrated! Not happy with the product as this was the last pair of boots my Mother bought for me before she passed away. I like the color and style but the quality was POOR! This is the 10th pair of Timberlands that I have owned but have never experienced a problem like this specific pair of boots! HELP
