I bought the eucalyptus spray color boot, because online they look brown. When I received them they are green. Definitely disappointed seeing as to how these were supposed to be a Christmas present.

I was SO disappointed with these boots. I am a long time Ugg lover/buyer and I was so excited to received these. After just two wears, the materials on the side ripped when I was pulling them on and the button also popped off one use later. I miss the older Ugg boots. These just don't compare and I totally wasted my money.

I ordered few uggs online. This is the first time I have received the display boots. I like to wear my ugg boots, but this time I'm so dispointed.

Got these boots as a birthday present in Oct. 2017. In Dec. 2018, while putting them on, they ripped in half. The top section separated from the bottom just above the heel seem. Since thy were over a year old (14 months), UGG would not exchange them, and advised that it was not worth the shipping cost of sending them in to be evaluated for warranty. These boots were very comfortable, but I am extremely disappointed that UGG won't stand by the quality of its products. Won't buy again.

I have been buying and wearing uggs for 10 years. I just purchased the Baily Buttons II for myself as a present. I was so happy awaiting their arrival. After I opened the box, I had to double check and see if these were authentic, I thought I was duped. The fabric, the stitching, the thickness of the material look so fake and unappealing. I called customer service regarding this and this is, "How all the uggs are made now, it's a new style." Very disappointed as I was wearing an older pair that are still in great condition, but look worth the price that I paid. I would not buy these again for the price as the quality and appeal, has declined.

Need fit tighter around cAlf

I have never bought myself a pair of uggs because I can't afford it. My dad bought me these in black for Christmas. I have worn them 3 times and I'm very sad that one of the flaps on the side keeps folding over and won't stay straight up. It cane flappy and I had hoped that it wouldn't stay that way. Really unfortunate that the only pair of uggs I can get are defective.

The boot is super cute and comfortable, HOWEVER, there is a bright pink thread protruding from the top of the shoe that looks like a tongue. I am returning these, sadly, after one wear.

Dear Ugg Company, These shoes have been the worst pair of Iggs I've owned. I got my pair in early August, and the have already ripped in the back, along with a tear in the left shoe. I am very disappointed as I spent quite a bit of money and these shoes are supposed to be top quality.

Came w a scuff. Sent for exchange. Haven't heard back in over a week other than processing the return. Emailed twice no one can help me. I paid 187 dollars for boots I can't wear because I don't have. Getting ready to dispute the charge w my card company and move on!!!!

The boots run small. Also, I'm still waiting on my refund!

I Didn't get the right size. I sent them back still didn't get the right size.

Very disappointed in the Bailey button. Cuff rolls down and now won't stay up. Only did it on 1 boot

I have been an UGG boots owner since the early 1990's. In fact, I still have my first pair, and use them. Because they are so old, I decided to buy a new pair for beauty. I ordered a Bailey. I've had them for 2 years and just began to use them this year - maybe 6 times. Tonight as I pulled them on, they completely tore away from the seam above the heel, near the UGG label. I am soon disappointed!!! I did not register them, nor did I keep the box, or the authenticity tag. I have no other recourse than to take them to a shoe repair to try to stitch up the flapping tear on such thin sheep leather. When I tried to write an email to UGG Corp. I cannot find any link to contact customer service! Buyer Beware!!! I think I got ripped off! :(

Size so tight

When I got these Ugg Bailey Buttons as my first pair ever, I was extremely happy. They were very fluffy, and very stylish. HOWEVER, THE DAY I WORE THEM, THE TOP OF ONE OF THE SHOES COMPLETELY FLOPPED OVER!! I figured that it was just a fluke, BUT NO. I tried to fix the problem by folding it back up when I wasn't wearing it, but every time I slid it onto my feet, it flopped over again. I loved these boots, and it was especially disappointing that they failed me so soon. ABSOLUTELY, 100%, NOT WORTH THE PRICE!! A shoe this expensive should not be this poorly designed (and please note, this is A SHORT BOOT that shouldn't need support standing up when not in use). I will definitly not be buying Uggs in the future.

THE BUTTON BROKE AFTER 2 WEEKS AWFUL!!!
