When I opened the box the top on one of the boots was bent above the button so the flap is bent back above the button and not snug to my leg. So it isn't as warm as the other one

U can use them as slippers & go to the store in them! But the Quality of the fleece lining is cheap! And they run smaller in length and width! Harder to get on and off your feet!

I absolutely love UGGS have three pairs but haven't had a new pair in years. Was really excited about the eucalyptus spray color. Online it looks mostly like a light brown with a slight olive tone to it. Got them and they are an ugly dark olive green now brown whatsoever. The fur looks different than pictured, the stitching, everything. Had the picture accurately shown the color I would've went with a different color.

Loved them, so comfortable and WARM. Wear them everywhere and hardly ever take them off. Wear them barefoot only. But had first pair last 3 years, second pair lasted 3 months and the front of the boot split wide open! So strange like the suede was very thin there and just tore or split. So disappointing to say the least. Hesitant about trying a 3rd pair though, but there so soft and comfortable just like your favorite slippers that I can't help myself.

I really love my UGGs. All of them. I got the Bailey Button II's for Christmas. Of course, I wore them and it started to LIGHTLY snow, and they are pretty much ruined. They aren't "water resistant". I am super upset considering I haven't had them too long. I also got the care kit and it only made them worse. If I could upload pictures I would.

Very disappointed. The outter sole is thinner and lacked the cushion feel the older Baileys had. The suede is very thin and lacked the structured the older version had; the fur is also thin and lacked the supple feel... wait for it... the older version had! And it was shedding!!! This is definitely going back.

I very much enjoy my boots. Sadly, I had to exchange my orinigal boots for a different size. The exchange process took much longer than the website indicated. After multiple emails and daily phone calls, I did receive my boots. I do like them, I just might consider purchasing from a store that carries Ugg shoes.

This product was made in China - because it was made in China it is tight across the instep and barley the correct length - I have found everything made in China to run small. I wanted original Ugg boots made in Australie with Australian sheepskin. that's what the name is supposed to stand for.

I ordered the Bailey Button II boots in black and I really didn't like it. So I don't wear socks with mine since the boot keeps your feet war. My feet had black dye on them and my fur was thin and shedding. I have never had that happen with any of my Uggs that I have purchased but again they weren't black either.

After 5 years of much use I wore a hole thru the tops of my uggs. I bought same exact pair in the same size. They feel ok when I put them on, but after a few hours they hurt. The next day my toes are extremely painful to the touch. So disappointed that I spent all this money on boots that can't be worn. Also, the "chocolate" color has a reddish tint....definitely not a true chocolate color anymore.

They fold to the side and the fur comes out.

I loved the style of these. I have them in brown. However after they were worn for a winter, they began to fold over and no longer would stay up past the button portion. I was disappointed that these did not last as long as others.

These are listed under waterproof, and say water resistant; but mine are leaking through the toes after wearing them on a sunny day to my granddaughters 5 year old soccer game. I walked across the dew? grass, not rain, and after 30 minutes my toes were wet. I came home put them in front of a intermittent heater vent to dry and still damp after an hour. I am really disappointed with my first pair. I wrote how happy I was that you had made the Bailey Button water resistant. Is mine an older model? I bought on this site.

Instead of staying straight up the flaps folded down. I had to pin them myself after a while

After just one day they began to curl down way too much. Now they seem sloppy. Not nice at all!

Great inside, however very unsatisfied that the boots have folded over the buttons, revealing all the inside lining, NOT the look that it is advertised as. I would however, recommend the plain classic, do not purchase the "Bailey Button" -not worth it

I received these boots as a gift last year, and have barely worn them since. I went to put these on yesterday, and the back piece of one of my boots completely ripped off! I contacted Ugg customer service and they were useless. Because they state these boots are out of warranty, there's nothing they can do. I could send them in for review that I would have to pay shipping for, and I was told they would probably be denied. Such a shame as I am a huge Ugg fan and have multiple pairs. Don't waste your money on these boots as the quality of Ugg has gone down hill, and they are no help to you if something happens to your boots.

The boots came in an Ugg box that was destroyed. The boots had water spots? on them like someone wore them. Very disappointed with the fact you even shipped them out. Won’t be buying from you anytime soon.
