It’s great!!

I already owned the black and I ordered the fawn and I LOVE the color. They are really cute.

I love these. The fit is great! I wear an 8.5 in Brooks running shoes but the 8 fit me perfectly! A few other Uggs have fit differently (some of the newer styles) but these are more true to what I'm accustomed to with Uggs. I was a bit worried about the color but I think they are going too be great. The color of the bow in the picture almost caused me not to order them but I'm glad I did. They look much better in person.

Had to make an exchange on a xmas gift. The representative that helped me with this was courteous and helpful. A great customer service rep.! Thanks for your help.

Bought a 10 for my niece but they were too small. Exchanged them for an 11 and they fit great! She so happy with them that she sent me a video ?? very cute and feminine with bows. They even don’t make her feet look big!

My daughter is a size 7.5 in womans. I ordered her a size 8 and they were a perfect fit. I suggest not sizing down at all especially if you are in between sizes.

Uggs are on of my girl's and my favorite boots. So warm and comfortable for Iowa weather. Love them and fit perfectly!

LOVE LOVE These!! I bought these several weeks ago and I have literally worn them every day, except one. They are so comfortable I don’t want to take them off when I get home! I have a very narrow foot, but with the height of the boot and the soft, thick lining I don’t feel my feet move around or my heel lifting out. But I would still say they run true to size for UGGs, it’s the design that allows my narrow foot comfortably were it, while a medium width foot can too. I love the style of the boot! The bows add a great accent! I would definitely recommend these to anyone!

These fit true to size they are very cute, however I wish it was a darker burgundy color, These are pretty not as dark as I thought they would be but I’m still keeping them!

Love these cozy boots with or without socks. I wear normally a size 8 but bought a 9. I am using a horsehair brush to keep debris off suade. It wirks great.

I love these boots! They were immediately comfortable. I wear a 7.5 but ordered a 7 because the website suggested it. Perfect! Full disclosure, I have narrow feet. If I wore a medium width, they might been more snug and I would have needed to break them in. I’ve had them for a couple of weeks and they are still just right. I like the sassy little bows!

This was my first pair of Uggs and I’m a tie believer now! I love the softness and comfortable fit! They fit perfectly and I just love them.

This was my first purchase of Uggs...and I can already tell there will be more in my near future! My shoe size is a 6 1/2 AA. I ordered a size 7 and they fit just fine. I have not worn any socks with them and my feet do not slide as they do when I try other shoes in a size 7. They are as comfy as can be, but if you are looking for arch support, you would need to buy an insole. These boots are absolutely adorable with the bows. They are feminine but not "girly." Go get'ya some!

I ordered a size down for my gf because the reviews said that you should. I did that, and they fit her perfectly!

I disagree with those that say it runs big..these are so soft and comfy..like bedroom slippers you can were outside all day. I did pretreat them and they made it through last winter just fine. Ordering my third pair now

This was a gift for my granddaughter who wears a 9, 1 1/2 or 10. We ordered sizes 9 and 10. The size 9 was perfect, and of course Zappos.com makes it so easy to return. My granddaughter is ecstatic with the look and color and will be wearing them every day until the temperature turns to 100 degrees ;-)

Bought a navy pair for my daughter replace her old pair. She likes them very much. Very comfortable and stylish. She cannot wait to wear them when it get colder
