Ordered these for my 14 yr old and she loved the color and style of these boots, however she could not get them up past her calves. She's petite and has a pair of black ones that fit her fine, so I am not sure what the issue was with the chocolate pair I got her. I am returning them. Perhaps a defect??

These boots are incredibly comfortable but do run a little small in the calf so I suggest buying a size up!

I have had this particular pair of uggs since I was in high school. I am now a graduate student. These boots are still holding up great. I take good care of my uggs, so they've lasted very well.

I wear them everyday in the winter

I've had my pair for years, and they're excellent in every way. Warm and cozy with easy access for on the go walks with my doggie, or after a day on the hill. I take them everywhere.

It has taken me 12 years to actually buy into UGG. Initially, I thought that UGG was short for ugly. However, over the years they've grown on me. I think every young girl, from every nationality in NYC owns a pair, and just about everyother mid-aged woman does as well. When asking the ladies here in NYC why they like their UGGs, the answer was always astoundingly the same: they're warm and comfortable. That sold me. I LOVE warm and ADORE comfortable, especially here in New York's harsh winters. So, now I am winter ready, and YES, they are warm and comfortable.
