Had to return the first order because I ordered 1 size smaller as suggested. My daughter wears an 8 and the 7 was too small. Contacted customer service and can honestly say I have never had a better experience! Zappos not only took back the first order with no hassle, but shipped out the new order right away. The new boots were at my door in just a couple days and my daughter absolutely loves them. Thanks Zappos! I will be making many more purchases here!!

The classic tall II fits exactly the same as the original classic. I'm a true size 8 and wear a 7 in Uggs. I ordered both sizes wondering if I would need the 8 and ended up keeping the size 7. I love my Uggs. They're my everyday boot to run around in.

Uggs are the best! Super comfortable!! And now water resistant- what could be better?

Omg...i had to write this review for this wonderful company. I bought some UGGS for a niece and they were the wrong size, i called them to try and catch the order before it shipped but, I missed them. So the next morning I called them to change the size but, the process was lengthy, and i was on the way to my goddaughters funeral so I couldn't finish the transaction. Long story short, the next day when i got them, they told me they had already sent the correct size, expedited the shipping, and sent me a label to send back the other ones. They also took care of the $30.00 difference in price. Today I received a floral bouquet from the company telling me they were sorry for my loss and hoped these flowers brightened my day. I was completely floored that this company thought so much of me. i have always shopped with them and they are so wonderful. There are people in the world that care!

Keep me warm in Michigan when the temps are well below zero. So comfortable and classic style. if you take care of them (not wearing them in wet conditions) they will last you for years. Very well made and so warm. i would buy them again.
