I ordered down 1/2 size, as reviewers said they run large, but they were a bit tight. (It was more noticeable on one foot, which had previous surgery, so that may have been the problem.) I called customer service, and they sent a size larger, which arrived the very next day. I love them. So comfortable. Great customer service.

I usually wear shoes size 8.5 or 9 if narrow. I wear an 8 in UGGS. So these UGGS are no different than my others from 15 years ago. I ordered the antilope color thinking they would be a brownish hue. This color is ARMY GREEN with a grayish tone in darker light. I also ordered the amberlight color thinking they would be sorta like the sand, but these are baby PINK slightly lighter than the seashell pink. Both are very cute, but not the colors I was expecting. I like the fact that they are pre-treating them to be stain and water resistant.

These boots are so pretty in person, I expected a different color and a boot more like the color in the picture but it definitely wasn't. Overall, I'm still happy with my purchase.

I bought the chocolate Bailey II bow after falling in love with the black pair. These are the most comfortable boots I have owned. I was reluctant to purchase UGG boots, but I am so glad I did.
