Decided I needed a new pair as my others were 15 years old! Will continue to wear the old ones, but the new ones are just as comfortable as the 15-year-old ones!

Returning only because of color. True to pics but prefer the lighter tan.

This is my first time buying Uggs. I am a 7.5 normally and was told by a friend to size down. They fit perfectly and are very warm. Almost too warm! My feet get kinda hot. I also ordered the care kit to help take care of the suede.

They feel great, but I am returning because of the statement that I missed while ordering that those boots are not designed for snow, ice or walking. I have never owned Uggs, only Lamos and Bearpaws and both were great in snow and even rain and lasted me many years with a lot of walking. I have no idea how Uggs will perform, but that statement deterred me. I am going with Bearpaws.

It is the classic UGG short but with the new lighter more flexible sole. They run large. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 in UGG and these are fit generously at size 7. They are light enough and comfortable enough to wear all day in the house to keep warm. If you are an UGG classic fan these are great and you will be happy.

I have held off on getting UGGs for years but finally caved because I wanted something casual that would keep my ankles warm in the cold Northeast winter. I now see what all the fuss was about! These boots are so cozy and warm, I want to wear them around the house like slippers all day! I've yet to test them out in any really wet weather so can't speak to water resistance, but I can attest that they make your feet feel great!

I’m glad I called Zappos to ask what size to order. I wear a 7 1/2 so I get an 8 in Uggs. They told me they ran big and to order a 7. The 7 fit perfect!

Have several pairs of Uggs. Black is such a versatile color and my other black boots had finally died.

Super warm. Comfortable (but no arch support if that’s important to you). Also, many people say UGG runs big, but that’s not the case for me. I have to consistently order UGG one size bigger than I normally wear. The width is fine but I find they are short in length. I wear them with socks, so maybe that factors into the fit.
