I love these boots but I have not worn these boots as I was traveling — but now looking at them carefully, I noticed they are not the same— The inside label is different on one side, one boot is higher then the other and the heels are a different height— My return window has passed and I’m stuck with these boots— very disappointing —unless you can make an exception and allow me to return them for a replacement pair— I’m enclosing three photos for your information —thank you

So awesome! I’m size 6 1/2 and the 6 was a perfect fit. They are designed to fit your foot, not sloppy like a slipper. Wide in the toe, some arch support and narrower in the heel. Also just wide enough to pull ion with tugging on them. Keeps ankles warm without socks. Nonskid soles. Comfortable for wearing inside all day or outside if it’s not too wet - with or without socks. I got the chestnut color which is classic. Love them!
