While I typically wear a size 5 in Uggs, this model fit more tightly than I am used to. Also tried the 6 but it was definitely too big.

I have 5 pairs of UGGs, and this is the only pair that feels a little wide on me. They seem a little wider as well. Still love them and wear them but maybe try a smaller size when ordering these. If they are too small just exchange for a bigger size (Uggs offer free returns)

Have several pair of Uggs. Love this shoe seems to run larger than other styles.

I love UGG's, they way they look, they way they feel on my feet, etc!! I loved the way this boot looked in the picture, but the woven part on one of the boots does not slouch the way it should, looks and feels as if it is stretched out, but it came out of the box that way. The good still feels really good, but the way way it slouches and covers up the UGG label in the back bothers me. For the first time, I would not buy this UGG product again.

Shoe is comfortable, but feels a little cheap insole. Seems like foam has air pockets.

The boots are too big. I tried on a pair like these in the store in this size. The button was chipped on my left boot on arrival. I tried to call customer service to report, but it is very difficult to get through to a representative. I've always wanted a pair of uggs, but this experience has ruined my image.

When I took these boots out of the box, the knit was already unraveling. Bad start. I tried them on and they were significantly too big. When I held them up to my previous pair of UGGs that are the same size they were at least a half inch longer. I returned them that day. They are cute, but didn't fit, nor would they have held up.

They looked great with everything until they faded

Shoes were comfortable if you were not walking. Once you walked in them the seam difference of the two materials cut into your foot, making this very uncomfortable.

Bought them in my daughters proper sizes which is a 9 in shoes. The boots came in and were to big and had a snag in the fabric. Sent them back and asked for an 8. The new size arrived and it is way to small for her foot to fit in. Not sure what happened but the sizing is way off. Not sure what to do

I would like to return it.

This boot was not comfortable on the top of my foot where the suede boot meets the knit top.

Just not what I expected from an expensive pair of boots. They look ok from the side when wearing them but from the top looking down at them when they are on, they look fat and kinda ill-shaped, meaning not good. I would not buy another pair of UGGS unless they were pretty much giving them away.

I've tried to contact customer service MULTIPLE TIMES to no avail. Ridiculous.

The top where the shoe meets the knitted material was cutting into the top front part of my foot.

I am so disappointed to have to send these boots back. I have multiple pairs of Uggs and have loved each and every one. While being super cute, they have a strange fit. Having the knit around the ankle and lower leg makes the boot fit very loose and my foot just comes right out when I walk. I got my usual Ugg size which is 1/2 size smaller than my usual size and length-wise I don't think I could go any smaller.
