Feels true to size. Ordered usual shoe size. Super cozy. Love the versatility.

This is beautiful, one of my favorite Uggies, and I have 11 pairs! I usually wear size 8 1/2 in sneakers and flats and 9 in Uggs (starts snuggy but stretches out beautifully). I would recommend going a size down as these boots seemed a little bit bigger than classic Uggs (mainly the bailey buttons).

First pair of Uggs and these are amazing. These are so warm and cozy. I wasn't sure on sizing, so I ordered my usual size (9) and they fit perfect!

Great look and super comfy. I picked up 2 sizes not knowing which would work for me. The ease of returning the pair I didn't need was so simple and fast (getting a credit back on my card). Will definitely stick with Zappos!

Love these boots. Nice and cozy. First pair of Ugg boots and I can see why they have such a following. I usually wear a size 8 or 8.5 but in these boots I got a 7. I had to make a return but as always Zappos customer service was amazing!

I have several pairs of Uggs. This one, by far, is one of the cutest pair I have. I love that I can wear them tall or short and still have the button to add some style. I always order my Uggs 1/2 size larger and it's perfect!

I absolutely love these boots. They are comfortable and very cute. They look great with my skinny jeans. I ordered the gray pair and the black pair. I first ordered my true size which is a size 8 and they were to big. I should have listened to the reviews. I sent them back and ordered a size 7. They were snug at first but after the first day they now fit like a glove. Zappos was wonderful with the exchange and the shipping was quick.

I saw these Shaina Uggs in another maqazine and I went right to Zappos to order! These Uggs are so very cute and can go with anything! There isn't anything negative I can say. I ordered them and the next say the box arrived! What's better than that! I wear a 10 and that's what I ordered and they fit great! So super cute! I'm glad I oredered early! I don't know these may sell out!

Love these boots. You can wear them tall or short and they feel like you are wearing slippers!

Just got these yesterday and I love them!! Now I understand why people have so many pairs of UGGs. I already got several compliments on them. I usually wear an 8.5 in other shoes, got a 9 and they fit perfect.

Nice boots but feel too big. I followed the advise from a customer review regarding the fit, but now I regret that I ordered 1/2 size larger than my usual size. I plan to exchange for a smaller size.

Great boot! I love the knitted top and the versitility of wearing it up or down. Super cute! I've gotten lots of compliments. Tip: I always spray mine with waterproof spray to protect them in the snow.

I LOVE these Shaina Uggs! I am a Bailey Bottom girl (haha) but these are awesome! True to Uggs standards...well made, love the detail with the buttons, that you can wear the style either down or up. GREAT buy! AND as always...Zappos is an excellent Site, their Free Shipping, Two Day Shipping and if there are any issues, Zappos Customer Service Team is AWESOME!!!! Thank you Zappos!
