I use my jacket when I'm on my bike. It keeps me warm and I love it's waterproof. It's just right when it's not too cold.

Very nice comfy and lightweight

The only drawback is I wish it had an internal pocket for a wallet...

I use it for cold weather every day (go to work, walk the dog, or go out to dinner). Very versatile.

I love this jacket! However I wish they had a slim fit! Other than that, it's perfect. You will never need another jacket... Ever.

Love this shell. This is actually my second apex bionic jacket. The first one I purchased 4-5 years ago looks brand new and is still perfect. Sadly I gained weight recently and needed to step up one size. Luckily the simple lines of this jacket look smart and won't go out of style anytime soon. Of course your dad said that about his members only jacket.

light weight yet very warm.

I bought an Apex jacket last fall when I needed something mid-weight but presentable enough to wear out or to the office. I liked it enough that I bought another one this year in a different color combination. This jacket runs true to size, is comfortable, and works well for a casual night out.

It's taking me a while to get used to my first soft shell jacket. It fits well in the chest and sleeves aren't too long. It's fairly comfortable but the material makes it feel like I'm wearing a wetsuit. It's a little heavy and stiff for me but I'll probably become more used to it as winter progresses. Hopefully it will lose the stiffness over time. Zippers work well but the front zip sometimes binds/catches the wind flap. Hopefully this will loosen up over time as well. The drawstring hem is a nice touch as is the fleece inside the collar. Seems like I have to pull/stretch the plastic velcro wrist tabs to get them to hold securely... work in progress. Jacket washed very well, retaining both shape and size. Haven't worn in the rain yet so can't comment on water repellency. I'll give it some time before I make the "would buy again/recommend to a friend" decision.

Great jacket. Small is just a little bit too big

Great jacket, but I got caught in heavy rain and it was SOAKED through. Took awhile to dry as well.

I use this jacket daily now that the weather is changing and getting a little colder. I usually wear it to work and when I'm out on the weekends. This jacket is great for a rainy day. The rain beads up and rolls right off, ensuring you will not get wet. This jacket is also great to wear in the car as it's not bulky or puffy. I did feel that the jacket was kind of stiff for the few weeks but it did loosen up some. Would be nice if this came with a hood, didn't see a hooded version of this jacket.

My husband loved this jacket. He wears it to work on top of his business casual clothing. It's very classy looking. I gave it four stars instead of Five only because it seems like Northface stuff just fits my husband a little bit short. He is tall and slender so he struggles to find clothing long enough. But he still liked it and kept it. He also was very happy that the bottom part of the jacket was able to be tighter to his body. Definitely suggest this jacket to anyone.

This is my son's second black North Face Bionic Jacket. The first one was great, but he just grew out of it. He wears it both in the fall and winter. The jacket holds up well!

I like jacket, good material, goes well with a lot of things.
