I use this jacket as daily wear, works great in cold windy conditions and with additional inner jacket which we can wear stand alone in slightly warm weather too.

I use it for daily use and will use it when I go skiing

I primarily bought this for skiing/snow sports. I used to own a jacket just like this 20 years ago and wore it out. I've tried others since then, but I'm SO excited to get this one back. Awesome Jacket.

Needed a coat for the winter months. I like this one. Fits good and keeps me warm.

I'm over 6 feet, so I got the medium tall. Although the sleeves are borderline too long, I knew I was buying longer when I ordered it. Seems to be a good jacket for cold, wet or snowy weather. The inner jacket looks good on it's own as well. The outer shell hood is removable. I'm slim and tall and this fits me well, but it might be tight for thicker/more broad body types.

I just received this North Face 3-in-1 jacket. It's the fifth North Face product I've purchased in the past 10 years, And I still have all of them. I purchased this new coat, because I gave one of my three year old 3-in-1 jacket to my brother. He needed a warm jacket because he's moving to the mid-west this winter, and the jacket was like new, even after 3 years. The North Face quality is unquestionable. I love the versatility of the 3-in-1 Triclimate jackets. You can combine any of the three wear options for any weather situation, and be comfortable in all.

I'm 6'0', 180lbs and this fits great. I like the clean style and would wear the underlying layer by itself as well. Very warm and great for cold/wet/snow!

Good jacket for winter but a bit heavy.

I am 6ft4in and 185lb. I got a size M, and it fits perfect. I am glad that NF has tall sizes because I always have an issue with the arm length, and if I get size large it looks like I am wearing a potato bag. Anyway, I went on a week-long snowboarding trip to Montana and Wyoming this year. We had days where we started with -7-degree Fahrenheit, and this jacket kept me pretty warm during those times with wearing only a warm sweater underneath. The jacket is comfortable to wear and does not restrict mobility. If it gets to warm you can unzip the inner jacket and take it out, which is a bonus. I definitely would recommend this jacket.

Great warm coat for the Chicago winters.

I use this jacket/parka as commute to and from work and many outdoor activities. It fits perfectly and is very warm even in negative 35 wind chills! I absolutely love the color combination!

Water doesn't seem to effect this wonderful jacket. Couldn't feel the cold air as I shoveled outside and has great pocket and zipper locations.

I really like tri climate jackets since I can switch all my liners around. So far, especially on winter/rainy season, clement is my fave because it keeps me warm. I can also just rock the shell on a normal day! Really nice, so worth it for me

I love love love this jacket! Fits great, looks great, and provides the perfect temperatures. Great when it snows and love that I can unzip the outside when it starts to warm up again. I live in Colorado so this is the perfect jacket to adapt to any weather.

In Paris now, and it has been a life saver. Wore it in London where the temperature was in the low 30s and it came through with no problem. I am usually size Large but was way too big, Medium was perfect for me since I also can layer it. Best jacket ever.

Bought this 3-in-1 mainly for skiing but with flexibility of using the liner or outer shell separately since I don't live in a very cold area. Jacket was great for skiing--even with feet of fresh snow falling it kept me dry and warm with only a base layer and extra long-sleeve wicking shirt underneath. Outside pockets are plenty big for gear. Would have preferred an inner pocket on the liner to hold my phone to keep it from getting too cold. No dedicated pocket for phone or place to run a headphone cord. Hood is also plenty big to accommodate a ski helmet and the elastic cords keep it cinched around the helmet. The main zipper comes up high enough to cover your neck and mouth, but the fleece material can become quite moist with your breath. I have a 46" chest and 36" sleeve. I bought the XXL and it seems a little big and the sleeves are a little long, but I tried on an XL and preferred the extra bulk/length to not be as tight with extra layers underneath.

This jacket looks good no matter what. It's two jackets in one but it does not feel heavy at all. It was perfect for the last few brutal cold days NYC had due to the polar vortex. I highlight recommend this jacket if you like to stay warm, dry, and looking cool.

This is the perfect jacket for my husband, it has done a great job keeping him warm. We got it just in time for a giant cold front that had real feel temperatures of -50; if he didn't have this jacket he would have been freezing

I purchased this coat right before going to a winter camp with my school. The 3 days were the coldest in January (-31C/23F with wind chill) and it was keeping me warm at all times! I highly recommend it.

Excellent for cold and wet weather. Fits perfectly for a 2XL.
