These run small. I ordered size 7, which is what I wear in Nike sneakers, and they were too tight. So I got these in 7.5. It took a few times because Zappos sent me the wrong size twice and so when I finally got these it was very exciting. They are really comfortable for Zumba, and the best thing is that the laces don't come untied (Nikes ALWAYS come untied if I don't make a double knot).

I normally wear a size 10 but always have to size up to an 11 for Ryka sneakers. In spite of that, I love this shoe. It's great for most gym activities, including Zumba.

These are such great shoes. Just kicked up my dancing a notch! Love the support, spring and ability to fly across the floor due to the special sole.

I'm a former ballet dancer, but now take only zumba and aerobic dance classes due to injuries. I have been dancing in Capezio and Bloch dance sneakers which have split soles, but my PT suggested that I try stiffer shoes for added ankle support. The Rykas did seem to provide more support, but I knew immediately that their non-slip treads would not be good for spins and pirouettes--this is the same reason I can't dance in running shoes. To save my knees I returned the Rykas and will stick with the dance sneakers, using stiff insole inserts.

These are the perfect shoes for Zumba. I recommend them highly!

I’ve been going to an aerobics class for the last year and wearing running shoes. I was having some pain in my feet and seemed to slide on the floor during some of the exercises, which was tricky. I noticed most of the women in the class wearing Rykas. After trying these out for one day, my feet are not hurting, and I notice they have a mild bit of tackiness on the sole which is much better on the gym floor. I’m sold after one week and will likely buy these again.

I had to order twice because the shoes do run small. I usually wear an 8 but needed an 8.5 in these shoes. The are really light and seem light and comfortable. I am always happy to be able to purchase a wide width shoe. I bought them primarily to wear at the gym for zumba. I am thinking of taking them with me on vacation where I will be walking multiple miles a day.

I was looking for a cross-trainer sneaker that I could wear to the gym for a variety of classes and exercises (HIIT, Barre, Jacob's ladder, rowing). These fit the bill! They are comfortable, supportive and breathable.

This shoe I read from the previous reviews, runs a half size tight I’m a 9 1/2 consistently I ordered a 10 in these and I’m glad I did

I'm a hardcore Zumba freak and got a pair of Ryka Influence 2.5 two years ago in turquoise with yellow accents --- beautiful and soo comfortable. Now that it's time to replace them I got these sleek black/white Rykas. I normally wear an 8 and forgot my turquoise Ryka's were 8.5 (fit perfectly) so sadly had to exchange size 8 for 8.5. No problem, had the replacements within a day and wore them this morning. They couldn't be better. The newness provides a little more support and I can wear them with any weird color work-out pants since everything goes with black. I love being able to order quality shoes at Zappos instead of shlepping all over town. Thanks!

I always buy Ryka shoes for Zumba and walking. They come in wide widths and in all the styles I have purchased, they insole is removable. This particular style is great for Zumba and I also like them for cross training classes. Very comfortable and stylish. I have bunions on both feet and these shoes in a size wide work out perfectly.

Just received these shoes today. So far, so good. They are roomy in the toe box which is important for me. I bought them for racquetball. They are also very stylish. Also pretty light-weight. Well worth a try!

Great for Zumba!

Usually wear a 6 1/2 and ordered that - though occasionally I'll find a brand that I need a 6 or even a 7. The 6 1/2 fits perfectly. There is good arch support and a really comfortable sole. I have very high arches and it feels comfortable. The shoe is super lightweight and yes, the tongue is more like just a piece of fabric with no padding. I really like how much bounce there is on the soles - and the "pivot" point. These are only for Zumba and work great there. They'd be good for general walking too. I wouldn't wear them for hiking - not heavy duty.

I love these shoes. they are very comfortable and when I first put them on I felt like I was walking on clouds! I bought another pair, one for the gym and one for walking and every day use. All of my work out shoes are Rykas, I highly recommend them.

These are true to size - I wear a 6 1/2 - 7 and the 7 fits perfectly! They look nice and are perfect for Jazzercise classes because the move easily without sticking but give great support!
