These boots are cute, unfortunately thats about all they've got going for them. I ordered my true UGG size and when I put them on they were WAY to small and super tight and uncomfortable. I returned and got a half size bigger and there still pretty tight. They're so tight they make my feet numb. I buy UGG's because I have poor circulation and am so uncomfortable often because my feet are so cold,but these shoes do NOT keep my feet warm at all. I'd return them if I could, but I've warn them to much trying to give them a chance. Total bummer and waste of money.

Cute boot but don't expect great comfort or fit. Somewhat akin to fake fur over cardboard.

These boots are awesome. I love them. Only problem was they run small. I ordered online. Ordered a 9. Too small. Sent back to UGG and I received excellent tracking and update info along the way. Got my 9.5....still too small. Sent back to exchange for a 10.....I've been waiting almost a month. They just now tell me they can't tell why they've been sitting in the return facility for 2 weeks but will send a status email. He wasn't sure if they'd send a 10 or refund my money. Really? This was my birthday present from August.

These are cute but just not my style. Not to mention they run small. I wear a 9 and the 9.5 was too small (fit was very tight not snug like my other Uggs before they stretch-out.) These were returned.

I own 4 pairs of Uggs that are all a 6. Using the sizing chart, it was suggested that I order a 6. I wound up ordering a 6.5 just in case and they were way too small. I exchanged for a 7.5 and they are still extremely narrow and small. They do not stretch out like other Uggs do. Also because the lacing stops at the ankles, cold wind blows through and makes them cold. Your must wear long socks to keep your ankles warm and your socks can always be seen. These are definitely the worst pair of Uggs that I own. I wanted something different, but I should have stuck with the classic boot style. Super disappointed with these.

The boots are lovely to look at and would no doubt be very comfortable if the sizing chart had not recommend an in accurate size for me. I contacted customer services and have not heard anything back but this is the second time I have been asked to review the product. Not one bit impressed with UGG for the lack of response to my communication. Be warned...if you use the sizing tool on the website be prepared to receive an ill fitting boot. I returned the first pair and increased the size by another half, which felt ok when tried on but after wearing out for a few hours became too uncomfortable. I guess the sizing tool does not allow for feet to swell in the lambswool lining. As UGG customer service have not responded to my enquiry I will not purchase UGG products again.

For casual wear. I love the style of the boot. I love the softness...feel like slippers inside. If the sizing were accurate these would be so comfortable. I am majorly disappointed I. The sizing. I used the sizing tool on the website and it suggested a size 6. When these arrived they were too snug so I chose to go up half a size. I slipped them on when they arrived and they felt good initially but after wearing them for half a day they are clearly still too snug and pinch my toes when walking. Will you exchange them for a size 7? The sizing tool on the website is obviously not accurate. If they cannot be exchanged I now have a pair of expensive boots that are just too uncomfortable to walk in. I really love the boots but I am very disappointed with the fit.
