I really wanted these boots to work. I found they kept my feet really warm but walking was hard. Seemed slippery and with full blown osteoporosis I cannot afford a fall. Love Zappos and do not return something that has been worn but my hubby says " no way". He does not want any chances of a fall. I would describe me as an active grandma that attends many sporting events inside and out for my grandchildren.

These were slightly tight across the top of my foot, but felt better after walking around in them. Unfortunately this style doesn't work for me. They're very comfortable and super cute, but the cuff isn't stiff at all and the tongue moves around a lot. I would not recommend purchasing these unless you plan to wear them with the cuff rolled down.

Great boot! Warm when it needs to be yet comfortable to wear inside as well. Flew on a 5 hours flight wearing them and they were perfect! A little disappointed that the insole cannot be removed to replace or add extra support underneath. Definitely need a heel cushion added for a bit of extra support for my plantar fasciitis. But despite my two issues, I am keeping them, I am sure I will wear them a lot.

I really wanted to love this shoe. I've been waiting for years for Ugg to come out with a boot that's fully-lined and fashionable. This boot is designed in a way where it has to be snug in order to stay on your foot. It's designed with the option to fold it down. In order to do that, you have to lace it at a low spot without ankle support. It's the equivalent of walking around with an unlaced hiking boot. Also, the lining did not feel as soft as the lining in the traditional Ugg boot. I don't fault the company for any of these design decisions. I think they had to make tradeoffs. I hope they'll keep trying to come up with a boot that's as comfortable as a regular Ugg but also attractive.
