The boot is a bit to rigid, hard to get your foot in the boot without pulling on the back strap. I found that the material was not the same feel or quality as the classic ugg boots.

While the boots look great, they did not work for me. The boots were impossible to put on. I have never had this problem with any boot or shoe I have ever bought! Going up a half size would not have helped either because there was no give in the boot.

Great concept and very good looking boot - but it is very difficult to put on. I think it has to do with strap on the boot. I returned them and bought a pair that had no adornments. It's a shame because the style is great - but not functional.

I love uggs but not this one

I couldn't get my foot in and can't comment on the fit. I do have a high instep.

I was so disappointed when I got these boots and couldn't even get them on. I ordered my normal size in UGGs but the strap on this style made it very difficult to get on. Unfortunately, I will be returning them.

STYLE

This boot is beautiful, but the foot opening is extremely small. I even went up a size. I was very disappointed.

I have loved ugg for 40 years. I have owned at least 20 pairs of boots. They are cute and once they are on they fit great. To put them on you have to pull and tug and finally get your foot in. Not the easy comfort and style I have known with ugg. I've won them twice and have given up.

The style, but the instep was too high. Couldn't get my foot into the boot.

Too difficult to get on, narrow also. So disappointed

I absolutely love the look of these boots, but I can not get my foot into these boots. I have a lot of UGGS, around 10 pair and I ordered the same size I always order. The design of this boot needs to be re-examined. So disappointed when I got them in.

While the tags on these boots both read "10", 1 is significantly bigger than the other. I have the same exact boots in grey so I know how they should fit. Of the orders I've placed online, they are right 50% of the time, someone in quality control should be held accountable.

Not great at all too small

My daughter went to put the boot on and it ripped. Need to know how to get them replaced

The shoe is super cute. I ordered a half size Bigger so a 10 1/2. I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. I've never had issues with Ugg's before but this by far was the most difficult shoe and I could Not get my foot in it. I had a girl at work who wears the same size as me Try them on and she as well could not get her foot in. Looks can be deceiving and this shoe was Definitely deceiving. I had to send the shoe back.

I ordered a pair of women's Mckay boots and the soles started squeaking after one week of use. I exchanged this pair for a new pair through the UGG website. Upon receiving the new pair of Mckay boots in the mail yesterday, I noticed stains on the back and sides of the left and right shoe. It seems that the quality control has gone down hill! I am upset because I like the style of this shoe however after having two defected pairs of shoes I do not plan on buying another pair and will be returning the ones I do have.
