The strap made it too hard to get on my foot -- had to return.

Very cute bootie but so difficult to get on my foot. I need a shoe horn to force my heel down and in. Comfortable when on. But I often slip off my shoes--if I do that ata friends house with these,I may not get them back on! Maybe they will stretch a little. Not sure I want to have to carry a shoe horn with me all the time.

The opening to this boot was too small but I still wanted to keep them so I ended up cutting off the ankle strap and slicing down an extra inch on either side and now I can put them on without a struggle.

These are built for narrow feet; my feet aren't wide by any means, and they get squished horribly in these. There's also a tag in the left shoe that consistently rubs against the side of my foot. I wear a 7 in the slippers/moccasins, and a 7.5 in every sneaker I own, but I wish I had asked for an 8 in these.

I love the design of this shoe but unfortunately it runs small, I am a size 6 in all Ugg boots but should have ordered a 6.5, can't comment on the comfort and quality bc I didn't get to wear it:(

Could not use it shoe-was to slim it was very hard to get into. 8 I don't want a exchange I want my money back.

The size is what I usually wear 7.5W. I don't know what size to select now. I loved the looks and the feel of the boots but I did expect the inside to be thicker.

I bought a different Ugg style that I returned because it was too big and wide. I thought this McKay Ugg looked more streamlined and would be a better fit. It was ridiculously small and tight. Both Ugg's I ordered were the same size, 9. I wish, I wish I could get a good fit-

I ordered a pair in a size 7.5. I could get my right foot in but couldn't even get the left one on my foot. The strap across the front was soooo tight I felt like I was going to ruin it by trying to get it on. I returned them a few days later to exchange for and entire size up just to be sure I could get them on my feet even though they may be a little big and the very next day I was notified I was getting a return instead of an exchange. I'm very disappointed because I've wanted this pair for the last year, finally got them and I couldn't get them on. Now I can't even get them.

Super cute boot but couldn't get my foot into the boot. The opening runs small. I returned them with a heavy heart.

I absolutely love this shoe once you get it on your foot. I can't believe they actually are still selling this style and haven't tweeked the design at all. I got mine like 3 years ago and I was shocked as to how difficult the shoe is to get on your foot. If you are someone who isn't patient or who doesn't feel like busting out in a sweat to put on a shoe (and there are 2 lol) then this shoe unfortunately isn't good for you. I remember the joy I felt when I finally got one of these shoes on my foot and then instantly let down because I knew I had another one to put on. Another hour later and I was ready for my day

These boots are super cute and look great on...if you can get them on. It is so difficult to get them on your foot. I struggled and ended up in a sweat before I was able to my foot in them. I worry that over time with the pulling on the shoe that it will rip. I even ordered a size up thinking this would help, but it does not. Sadly, I will be returning. It is too bad because they are super cute!

I bought the same size I wear in my boots and these weren't even close to fitting

I wanted to love these so much! I bought them and waited for them to arrive since they were on back order. They got here and when I went to try them on, I couldn't even get them on my feet. I am a size 10 in every shoe, I even did the True Size and was told to buy a 10. I put on a light pair of socks even and still can not get on my foot. I am disappointed. I will be returning them today.

I wasn't even able to get my foot in the shoe because of the tight strap that isn't able to come undone.

Honestly, I am extremely disappointed with this shoe. When I first saw them a couple of months back, I knew I needed to order these. I have had at least 7 pairs of UGGs and this is the first time I have been disappointed with my purchase. I usually wear a size 7 in my UGGs but had to purchase a size 9 in these just to get the shoe on my feet and it's still extremely hard. The band going across does not leave much room to stretch and get on your feet. Also, after wearing for only about an hour, one tongue of the shoe would flip down. The other shoe did not and does not give the shoe a very good look. I would fix, walk a couple steps and it would fold down again.

Was really excited for these shoes to come. When they arrived there were scuffs on both shoes and something small and sticky stuck to one. I was able to get that off luckily. Then I go to try them on and they are the wrong size. I did the true fit test and this is the size it says to buy. To top it all off they don't have any boots to replace the ones I bought. So know I have to return them and hope they will make more...
