Worst boots ever!!!!!!

The boots is just one color gray , the darker part in the middle was not there. I rally though it was two tone.

I ordered the boots in Shell for a friends birthday. When they came in there was yellow marks all over the boot that looked like someone took a highlighter and scribbled. I called customer service and got a QR code sent to me to exchange them. The exchange and shipping time was fast but when I got the "new/exchange pair" I could tell it was the exact same boot that I had sent back to be exchanged. The yellow marks were all over the boot in the same exact places and on the UGG tissue paper inside the box. After telling customer service I didn't want to be refunded, I want the boots I ordered but without all the highlighter about 10 times she finally told me the size I ordered were out of stock proving my theory of them sending me back the same pair I initially returned. I've never had customer service for any company be so nonchalant about a issue like this so I definitely won't be ordering anymore of my UGGs online. My friend was so excited for these but unfortunately I will be returning them and going to a actual store to purchase.

Only wore it once and the UGG logo is hanging off

Not very happy I bought these boots to wear at work since I mainly work outside and let just say my boots are wet from the inside from like a week ago...will not be buying these again I will just stick to the regular boots and now I have to go buy boots from somewhere else waste of money

I love the sienna boot just to big

It was terrible I got the wrong color boots and when I called to return a d get the color that I ordered was told they won't be in until May or June it is bad enough that I waited so long to get the boots and they were the wrong color.

Fitting is awful

I bought these to wear in wet weather and they leak from the bottom somehow.

They aren't tall enough for me

It was a struggle to get my foot in , and a bigger struggle getting it out. Not comfortable at all returning them very disappointed.

Very wide on top

Bought my size and heel lose and moves when I walk. Returned

It was difficult to get the book on and once on it was too tight. Returned for refund,

I purchased in the color black... although they fit excellent, I wore them today while it was raining, walked through a parking lot and my left sock at the toes got wet!!! I couldn't believe it . I was thinking about purchasing another color till what happened

Great boots. Looks stylish but 1 size too small. I usually wear a six but bought a 7.

I am returning bc it feels heavy and it's too wide at the calf.

The fit isn't the best it's too hard to take off and has a large cuff. Wasn't my fav I returned it.

Not waterproof!

too hard to pull on and off, will return. please make a short rain boot with a zipper!

the uggs smelled terrible via mail delivery. It smells like strong rubber. I was too frustrated to go again to the post office and return them. The 2 times that I received them via mail, I told them about the problem of the smell and when I called again this last time, I was told they could not do anything about it.
