I sized down per other reviews. Normally a size 7 1/2 or 8 and bought a size 7. I have slim calves, ankles, and feet but it was an effort to push my feet in and also to take them off. The fit is better with thicker socks. I simply needed boots for washing the car so I wasn't looking for perfection. I'm a wee bit concerned about having to sit down to tug them off especially if dirt/mud gets stuck between the grids on the sole.

the smell of the rubber is quite distinct and odious! i will probably return them because i can not stand the smell! i know this happens with these types of boots (my daughter has a pair of coach that smell too) but i am more defined in what i will bear!

Should advised the customer that the run big.

Great boots but really heavy. Returned them for that reason.

They are very cute and warm. However they are more of a fashion staple. As water gets in.

I LOVED my last pair of these, but often struggled to squeeze my foot out of them at the end of the day. I opted for a size up this time and they are just too big. My foot hops around inside the boot now.

I loved my first pair and had them for several years. Great boot, perfect height and quality. I ordered another pair recently and was happy to see that ugg still sold them. They arrived quickly, but after the first week of wear my ankles were rubbed raw. They are too painful to wear and I have regretted throwing out my first pair.

Very cute but was not comfortable. Walked less than a block and I wanted to cry from pain. If you have narrow feet I would recommend.

Very stiff. Narrow, and not malleable.

I used to really like this product. I bought it because I thought it was good quality and it was gonna last. But suddenly it grew pimples, and it became unwearable. The weirdest thing I've ever seen hahaha. I tried to contact customer service many times, but they were unable to answer why this happened.

The boots and color were beyond cute. I even paired it with the rain boots socks which were also comfortable and cute. Ultimately I had to return due to the boots not being wide enough for my foot. They took me forever to put on and they were almost impossible to take off. If you have wide feet like me they are a no go but, I will say The calf room was amazing. Ultimately, I was kinda disappointed. But these would be perfect for anyone who has an average foot

The boots were too tight fitting although the correct size. I had to return them. Just tried to reach UGG, at 3:31CST, but recording reported closed due to severe weather. Tuesday 10/29. Cathy
