Too big. Ordered a half size smaller and that too was too big. Very nice but at least 1 size too big.

First day wearing these, but I'm overall pretty happy so far. I walk about 2 miles to work everyday, so having a comfortable shoe that I can walk in, but also looks good is important. I took the advice of others and sized down by 1/2 size and these shoes fit perfectly. I got the shoes in dark brown leather, and the toes are slightly darker than the rest of the shoe. The leather is ok, not the best quality and has a little gloss film on them that I assume will go away with wear. For the price ($100) it's acceptable to me. After just a few hours the shoes are already starting to break in. Time will tell if they hold up, I will try and remember to report back in a few weeks after I've truly worn them in. The only thing that I'm concerned about is that I don't believe that these shoes have a goodyear welt.

Just got them today. They’re alright but you know that leather look and you say to yourself “ah. so that’s pleather”? No? Ok well I guess my job as a leather appraiser got the best of me (jk ¯\_(?)_/¯ ). And I can’t decide - is Rockport ok as a brand or is it reserved for those of a certain generation - you know. the ones that own a chifforobe, not a dresser. Or a Davenport, not a couch. But I digress. The shoes are ok is what I’m saying.

I thought the material, construction and color were all fine. However the intended shape of these shoes is just odd. They are longer than any other I've purchased, almost comically long while even though ordering a wide this fit like a normal. I wear a 13 but can probably fit into a 12 if the shoe is wide enough, the water ski look isn't what I'm going for.

Not bad at all with the limited options available to size 15/16. I did need to replace the insoles; they were soft but lacking in support

The boot was nice looking and seems a great quality.

needed a dress shoe, I like the Chukka. Goes with jeans, slacks or a suit. Looks Great!

These are great everyday shoes, very comfy, and well constructed. I just signed in to buy my third pair!

i needed a new pair of dress shoes. i like chukka boots because my slacks lay better on these boots better than slip on dress shoes. they are attractive and fit my foot really well.

These run a bit long. I originally ordered 11W. Returned for 10.5W. Fit much better. Easy return thru UPS Store

Outstanding fit, and comfort, literally can walk miles in them

Have had a pair of these for several years, (also ordered from Zappo's), and looking forward to a new, crisp pair. If these were available in black, we'd order a pair in black too! However, there was an anomaly with the pair received this time- and eyelet grommet came out the first time the shoes were worn. But still love this Rockport, and will exchange for a pair made correctly.

So nice, I bought them again a few years later.

The fit is great. Wide is wide enough for my ee feet. The best feature is the soft leather around the ankle. No rubbing, just firm support.

I bought this boot before and wore it until the heels were falling off. Everyone in my office loved this boot. It can be dressed up and dressed down when out on casual occasions. It's very versatile and looks great. Make sure you add wax and/or any other protection to the leather before wearing it.

Perfect Fit.

This is really the only brown shoe you need for office/casual - now just office or dress? Certainly other shoes fit the bill, but this is the office/casual brown shoe. Don't make the mistake of getting a different shoe...less you just want to accept failure and slip on 'sport mode' crocs and succumb to mediocrity.

The shoes were as ordered and appear to be of a high quality. My mistake was that I ordered the size 13 thinking they would be good to wear. I was wrong and realize I should have continued trying to find size 12 1/2 wide width.

Nicely designed with a sole that’s not to bulky. Seemingly high quality materials. Just what I was looking for
