I love my Dansko shoes but these didn't work for me. They feel very stiff and seem to run a bit small. They also squeaked loudly whenever I walked around the house in them, which would be annoying. So I'll be returning them.

I have to return these. I loved them at first and wore them several times to get used to them. But then I went walking - 3 miles only - and they rubbed a blister on the bottom of my left foot!

I bought these for work because I spend a lot of time on my feet. A LOT. I was disappointed in the amount of cushion, but the arch support was good, as was the width. I ultimately decided not to wear them for work, and purchased Hoka One One brand Bondi 7 running shoes instead.

These are great shoes. But after two months I wore them out in the soles. That is not good enough. I would expect that they would last 6 months.

I am returning this item because the fabric was very hard, unbendable, and uncomfortable to even put on. I love the Dansk shoe and will try another style.

The fit and size were good enough, but they just weren't that comfortable. I had a previous pair of Danskos in a similar style that were incredibly comfy.

everything was great about this shoe except the heel felt weird in the right foot

These should have fit given my past experience with a variety of Dansko styles but the toe box was too small. I could feel my big toe bumping up against the shoe.

These were 3/4" shorter than my 7.5 SAS sneakers. Re-ordered size 8.5-9. They are wearable, but still a bit shorter than my previous size 7.5.

This shoe was great but it squeaks! I really wanted to keep it since I have feet that are very hard to fit, but I could not live with the constant squeak. Too bad!!

Cute shoe, and the quality seems very nice. But oh…that footbed! Horrible! So hard.

They squeak! Loudly! That's a shame, because otherwise they are, like, perfect!

Surprisingly uncomfortable. Tried without the Dansko insole, still very uncomfortable. Clunky. May be good for people that stand (without moving).

These shoes have a very inflexible sole. Though they may look like sneakers, they don't have the flex that you might expect. While comfortable for standing for long intervals, I am not convinced these would be comfortable for very active walkers. They also started developing a few hot spots on my feet after a short period of wearing around the house. Back they go!

I have worn Danskos for over 20 years. I decided to splurge an buy a pair of shoes for walking. Initially when they arrived they seemed heavy, but I knew it was due to solid construction. When I wore them the first time I noted that the heel area was very hard, near the back of the heel. I put them on to do my usual walk and got a good size blister on my left heel. I purchased some heel liners, some high quality socks for support and friction minimizing, waited for my blister to heel and then tried again this morning. I was unable to complete my walk, I now have blisters on both feet. I suspect that the heel construction is too firm and rigid, for my feet at least. I am terribly disappointed as I stated, I still have four other pairs of different Dansko products that have lasted 15 years, so I know this brand is quality. I am unable to wear them and am going to return. Perhaps if you have a bulkier foot it won't affect you as much in the heel. But even rubbing my hands on the shoe interior near the heel I now understand why my feet are having pain.

I wear a brace which usually fits in Dansko size 40 but this pair seemed a whole size or more too small. Lovely shoe though. Sorry I have to return.

Nice shoe and well built but insole was to hard for me.

I am a daily wearer of Dansko clogs so I thought I would try the sneakers as I was looking for supportive walking shoes. Even though I got a wide width they felt snug overall. The tongue was rubbing against my ankle too much. They are a heavy shoe and not breathable. I would never wear them in summer. I felt my arch was not supported at all.

Fit good, but not enough arch support for my feet, especially working on concrete for 6 hr.

I ordered M and W and the wide fit me correctly. I did not like the shoe because the top of the front of the shoe is to long and it hit the front of my shin. It hurt on every step. In addition, there was not enough padding on the back of the shoe. I could see how it would be uncomfortable if I had gone for a walk wearing this shoe. Otherwise, I thought the shoe looked OK. The insoles were comfortable and offered enough support for a flat foot.

ThIs Is a good looking shoe. i almost kept because they had nice cushioning, waterproof, perfect for rail trail walking. But the SQUEAK!! Too too loud to handle.

I loved the look of this shoe but discovered a couple of issues that may cause me to return them, although there's still a chance I may keep them. First, the laces don't stay tied -- and they're too short to easily do a double knot. The bigger issue is that the sizing doesn't accommodate my feet the way many other brands do. I am just barely a size 6.5 and often wear a size 6 depending on the styling and the brand. Dansko's European size 37 is American size 6.5-7, and size 36 is American size 5.5-6. Neither size is perfect. For the price, I want a shoe that is more than good looking, I want a shoe that fits well.

I have a pair of these in regular and the wide is not any wider in the toe area. In fact, it looks exactly the same. And for some reason the wide shoes did not fit as well as the regular size. So, sadly, these are going back.
