Best. Shoe. Ever. I have arthritis in my right foot and it's hard for me to find a shoe I can be comfortable in all day. This show delivers! Comfort, support and everyone says "Hey! Cute shoes!" Get them. They won't disappoint.

Comfortable right out of the box, no break in time needed. These shoes are very supportive for my plantar fasciitis.

I'm not one to review products but with the trouble I've had with my feet in the last 2 years, I felt the need to pass on my experience. I have plantar fasciitis & high arches which proves problematic for podiatrists to "fix" me. I did noninvasive therapy, shockwave therapy, laser therapy, acupuncture, orthotics, you name it. Nothing worked so I opted for the endoscopic plantar fasciotomy (EPF) surgical procedure in Sept. My plantar fasciitis pain is pretty much gone but now I am dealing with pain from the scar tissue that was left from the path of the endoscope. I have tried almost every shoe known to man & it has been one expensive journey until I found the Paisley from Dansko. It has a firm enough outer sole that provides great support while the "triple layered footbed" provides enough give for my arches to collapse in a neutral position as I step. I don't use orthotics in this shoe. My doctor & I discovered that I pronate around the toe area & supinate as I get closer to my heel. These shoes have so far corrected my step to a more neutral pattern. I was concerned when I first tried them on because I need "soft, cushiony" for my high arches. I was never able to wear the Dansko clogs due to the nature of the stiff, hard footbed. After wearing the Paisleys for a few hours I determined my feet were liking what they were feeling. I have since returned back to my job in a hospital setting & have worked up to being on my feet for about 7-8 hours. Yes the scar tissue gets agitated by the end of the day but as long as I'm on my feet continuously, I don't feel the pain. I couldn't have done it w/out these gems! I normally wear a 9 & 1/2 - 10 so the 40s felt perfect. I have a wider foot towards the toe area & felt the toe box was adequate with no irritation around my pinky toe. The style is cute for an everyday use and makes your foot look smaller for some reason. I only wish there was a dressier shoe by Dansko with the same technology as this one.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've worn in years, and they look good, too! I love the arch support and the firm footbed, as well as the pleasure of having room to wiggle my toes. I put these shoes on first thing in the morning and wear them all day -- to my exercise classes, shopping, around the house, walking in town, out to a concert -- anywhere I want my feet to feel comfortable. I've had compliments on them by folks of all ages (I'm a "senior citizen") and am going to buy a second pair soon, as I'd hate be without my favorite footgear!

I wanted to love this shoe! I was looking for a comfortable shoe for commuting. It's really cute in person and I wish it came in a 43; my normal size 42 was just a little too tight/short and I just don't think I can make it work. Bummer!

I love Dansko they are really the only shoes I will wear. My daily selection is a professional clog normally but those don't do well on a trip chaperoning a marching band...16000 steps in one day was too much for my poor feet. I picked these up because I need a sturdy pair of black shoes with arch support and these were a home run! I've have other dansko athletic shoes and they don't seem to have as much arch support as these. Maybe it's the Vibrom sole I'm not sure but these were excellent. Very worth the price and they look really nice on with dressier slacks or jeans. If you need a supportive sneaker give these a try you won't regret it.

I haven't worn these outside yet, but they are so very comfortable. They look small too, which I always like : )

I find it very difficult to find sneaker/walking shoes that don't aggravate my arthritic toes. These were a keeper. They are cute (love the burgundy color). Nice sturdy sole (not much flex - which is perfect for me). Nicely cushioned inside.

I ordered W as I usually do. Unfortunately, these shoes were too tight where my bunion is and irritated that area of my foot. I have to return them. I really liked the look and feel of these otherwise. Sad I can't keep them.

love these shoes but toe box was too small - I tried the wide but still too short. I wear 11 and the 10 1/2-11 was just a tad too short. A bit heavy and stiff but this was not reason for return.

I I loved everything about these great shoes but they had one huge design flaw that caused them to be returned immediately. Let’s begin with the positives first. I was looking for a comfortably functional yet professional looking pair of supportive shoes that I could count on to get me through my work (or play) day. Right out of the box, I loved the look of these shoes. They felt great on my feet, provided plenty of room in the toe box but not too much, the arch support was surprisingly good and when laced up, I didn’t feel like my feet were fighting for circulation. Sadly, after lacing up and taking a very short spin around the house, I noticed it. I tried to ignore it because I didn’t want to have to send these back but, it was there and not going to go away. The terrible design flaw was a row of stitching that ran across the back of the heel. That stitching was strategically placed where it rubbed the back of my heel with every, single step. I could have slapped a piece of moleskin over the irritating stitching but I shouldn’t have to do that with a pair of shoes with this price point. I wanted to love them but it was not meant to be.

This is a great shoe and I wanted it to work for me but it was just too big. The shoes are very well made and look great. The length and width were good but the depth was too big. I would have had to wear heavy socks all the time! With or without my custom made insoles they were just too big. I have ordered Dansko shoes from Zappos many times and mostly with good results.

I loved the shoe but my heel kept rubbing against the back as it is high and I was afraid of blisters. The shoe is super comfortable

Loved these except that they did not have the Dansko clog support I was hoping for. Had to supplement the support with an insole from another company.

Well made and a good fit but I decided I didn't like the style.

This shoe is very supportive. May be too stiff for some as compared to more cushioned types. It works for me. I like that the treads don't clump or hold onto mud, etc. as much as some other walking shoes.

I love the support of these shoes and I love the looks. The problem is they do run a bit small and very narrow. I ordered a wide with and they are still a little snug. They are a great walking shoe and are weatherproof,just in case.

The shoe sat to low on my ankle. I didnt like that... The color was to dark for me..

This is a great looking shoe and was comfortable when trying on but the arch did not support my foot enough so caused overpronation.
