I bought these shoes for an upcoming trip to Disneyland. I normally wear a 40 in the Dansko narrow professionals and I've successfully use those for Disneyland in the past, but I wanted something cute. I bought the Paisley in a 39 and they fit perfectly. I wore them all day yesterday (day 1) and 16,000 steps and they felt like heaven. I have no worries about wearing them for 4 days of Disney and plus, they look cute with jeans and with shorts. These do not look like clodhoppers, very cute and feminine with the look of a Merrill hiking shoe but the support of a Dansko. Love, love, love.

Love these shoes. Great arch support and cushioning. True to size. I can still fit a small orthotic underneath the insole. Not too heavy. Tend to be a little warm - but if wear the right socks - not bad. Thanks to Zappos for letting return some previous shoes that didn't feel like these (ex - too heavy, etc).

Like the shoe but wish you would bring back the "black", really charcoal color of the Sabrina

I bought this shoe one year ago. I love it, its great looking, comfortable and had a sturdy sole, which is what I like about Dansko. I’m getting another pair, I like them that much.

This grey shoe was not the color I expected, the color had a lot of brown in it.

So far I am very pleased with these shoes. Dansko tend to have a wider toe box which makes a M width a good fit. The shoes are rugged, comfortable and great for work or even weekends. I'm having exacerbated back problems and occasionally feel numbness in my big toe. These shoes have a firm bottom so I'm not sure if the firmness is contributing to my achy, sometimes sort of numb feet, or if it is all from my back. Overall, I am very pleased with these shoes and may even consider buying another pair in a different color.

These shoes are the only walking/hiking shoes I can wear without having my feet ache at the end of the day. Like other reviewers say, it's like walking on a cloud. It's not just because of the great insole that comes with them, but something in the footbed (like maybe they put a big, fat, fluffy white cloud in there somehow). The shoes are simply *tremendous*. I got the grey with the pink trim and they look great with skinny jeans so often I wear them to work. I'm thinking I'll have to get the navy. Insoles: I removed the insole that came with them and used my custom orthotics without issue. However, I also trimmed down the removable insole and put them in another pair of flats which had poor support because these insoles were so nice. Sizing: I use Euro sizing when I order Danskos. Zappos recommends a 40 for my 9.5 size foot and I have always used a 41, which fits perfectly. The 41 in Danskos was just right for me.

I love the Dansko Paisley shoes! Great support for my flat feet. I have them in 2 colors.

Very comfortable shoe and met my requirement of a rigid sole (for my hallux limitus), BUT the high edges bang against my ankle bone. Must return.

What a comfortable shoe! Can stand & walk in these all day and there was no break-in period. They're cute, too! Really like the gray color.

After looking forward to receiving what might be the perfect casual shoe for my hard to fit feet and arthritic knee, I was disappointed which the fit and comfort with the right shoe. The right shoe seemed a bit narrow at the metatarsal area. I took the insole out to confirm this. I plan on reordering in a larger size. Hopefully that will solve the problem. They are cute and they do make your feet look smaller.

I absolutely loved these shoes. Very cushioned foot bed. However, I am a true 6.5 and the 7 was too big overall and the 6 was a better fit but too wide in the heel. Sadly, back they go.

Had to return these because top of shoe and tong of shoe pressed into front of ankle and leg. Other wise I loved the shoe.

I love..love..LOVE this Dansko paisley shoe. Right out of the box these shoes were perfect. The look of the is adorable..the feel of them is even better. I put them on to work retail on concrete floors all day long. The support in these shoes is unbelievable. I felt like I was walking on air all day long. Like my feet weren't touching the ground. I love Dansko shoes, clogs being my favorite, but these shoes have moved to my number 1 go to shoe..ordering a different color soon. Zappos was fast with shipping and delivery..as usual. Awesome experience every time. Thank you Zappos.

I am picky about shoes, so was a little worried about being disappointed when they arrived in the mail. I.Am.Thrilled!! They fit so well, and comfortably! I have a wide food, and did not need to do anything special with the laces. Out of the box, they are Wonderful!! I'm an 8.5, and the 39's fit perfectly. Thanks, Dansko!

These are awesome!!! I am very picky with shoe wear due to arthritis. I neeeeeed an awesome shoe. I bought a pair about 7 months ago and wore them almost every day. They are most definitely worth the price for great support. I am just now buying my 2nd pair. I used to spend a fortune on awesome tennis shoes, but this is a lot cheaper over the long haul. I have never had a pair of tennis shoes that would last/ support my joints for 7 months. I am a physical therapist and walk all day everyday.

I am a nurse on a busy L&D unit. These shoes are my third pair of "tie" Dansko's and by far are the most comfortable. Your feet will thank you!

Love these shoes. Extremely comfortable with way above average support. They have a nice roomy toe box, good arch support, good traction and all day comfort. Couldn't ask for much more.

I have a lot of trouble finding comfortable shoes. These are really comfortable and I can wear them for all day without pain. They fit my wide feet well. I seem a bit longer than other shoes of the same size but it hasn't been a problem. Danskos can look overly wide and clunky but these do not. I love them.

I've been looking for some high-volume, black waterproof walking shoes for awhile now, and came across these Danskos. I wear an orthodic, and initially removed the insole and tried to replace it with another that fits my orthodic. Result: heel blisters. Placed the shoe's original insole back in, and I now have eyeglass cleaner cloths (needs must!) to insulate my orthodic from the insole and keep it from squeaking against the insole as I walk. I also replaced my usual wool socks with a thinner synthetic sock--my foot definitely gets hot in these shoes, but that's expected, given that they're waterproof, and therefore not as breathable as non-waterproof shoes. And now? The fit is good, no more blisters, and I'm looking forward to taking these shoes on a walking vacation where rain is predicted. These Danskos have plenty of toe-room, and a style that doesn't shout "athletic shoe". They run true to their European sizing. I hope to get many years use out of these shoes!

These are the best shoes I have ever owned. They are so comfy and stylish. I have plantar fasciitis and narrow heels. The arch support is awesome. I wore these shoes on a five mile walk and had no discomfort. I own a pair in beige and black. They have gotten me through the fall and winter and I hope to use them in early spring. They wear well.

I've only worn these shoes for 1 full day and I'm already hooked!!! The style I've had in the past are no longer being made, bummer, but these are close to the same style, so I thought, what the heck, I'll try these. Even more comfortable than the old style!!! I have an ankle brace, so "cute " shoes are not on the menu anymore!! I don't have one bad think to say about these shoes, amazing!!!!!

Love the Dansko Paisley, but this style fits a bit differently than my other Danskos. I am returning it for next size up to give a little more toe wiggle room and width. Danskos are made with such quality and comfort, I'm hoping my next pair will be just as perfect as my other Danskos!

The shoes are comfy, waterproof, will work for city and country hiking. I as searching for a shoe I could hike that didn't look I was climbing the Alps. I love these. I have a wide C foot, but these fit well, although not marked as wide. I started wearing them now to break them in for a trip to the UK, but they have been comfy from the start. Very pleased.

Very comfortable shoes. Fit well and have great support. They are just a little bit too clunky for what I need them for.
