I can't find anything negative to say about this bootie, other than I wish I would have bought them before my trip to Europe in October. They are comfortable right out of the box. I have trouble with Achilles tendinitis and this shoe is stabilizing and gives enough room in the heel box to avoid rubbing. They are cute with skinny jeans, a long skirt or leggings. Love, love, LOVE them!

Love these booties. They are comfortable right out the box. I've had many foot issues including plantar fasciitis and these bookies have great arch support and I can walk confined them. You won't regret this purchase. Worth every penny.

The person who said there is very little contrast between the two colors is correct (photo is misleading). Boots are really nice and flattering - even make my feet look small. They go with everything.

I have searched for years for a pair of booties that are versatile and comfortable with a little edge to them. I'm so glad I've found these. As a nursing student I live in my danskos and these are on par (comfort and style) with their clogs. Love the two-toned coloring and the zip closure. Good with skinny jeans or a dress. Knowing your size is key

I love these boots. They have a bit smaller "look" than the standard Dansko, making them dressier. They offer the Dansko comfort and have an elegance where the black suede meets the sleek profile. There's plenty of room to add my metatarsal inserts.

I have wide, flat feet and love how comfortable these boots are, as is usually the case with all Dansko shoes & boots. I wasn't sure if I would like them based on pictures but they are even better in person, and I've received quite a few compliments. Its rare for me to find shoes I can wear all day without discomfort, but these fit the bill.

Perfect comfort and can go casual or with a dress and tights. HAPPY!

Honestly I would have returned these if I hadn't accidentally thrown away the box. I liked that they are a little more dressy then my other boots but that was the only thing they had going for them. I like my regular clogs better, because these had a little bigger of a heel than I am used to. These rub against my ankles and I wish I had gotten a slightly smaller size in terms of the length because they just felt a little bit loose. I think other Dansko wearers would probably like them, but I will stick with my clogs in the future.

I wear a 7.5 to 8 and I have narrow feet with high arch. These are super cute but too big for me. I double up socks or wear thick socks if I have to walk around in them. If they had half sizes I would have exchanged for smaller size. I have owned them over a year. I wear them only a few times/month because for my daily work and life this heel is too high

I love these! They are comfy, cute, and I get a ton of compliments on them! I would definitely buy again!!!

These boots are comfy & stylish. My only complaint is that the heels are made of some sort of synthetic material that scuffs white and resists shoe polish.

The two shades of brown are VERY similar, but the back piece has some shine. Unfortunately the nice contrasting effect from the picture isn't true in real life. Comfortable shoes though!

I'm 48 years old and I have narrow feet, a bunion on my right foot, and "low rise"/"low volume" feet. This means that the sole to the top of my foot is not as high or meaty as many peoples' feet. This is why I generally can't wear Dansko, but after the Loralie changed my life, I decided to give the brand a closer look. These boots are GREAT! They are sturdy (almost rigidly so), cute and the toe box is roomy enough for me to spread my toes out and not make my bunion worse. I went on a brisk walk in them to get ice cream with a friend the other night and they were comfy to walk in. HOWEVER I wear a solid 7.5-8 normally, but the 37 is just right for some reason -- the 38 was way to swimmy, especially in the heel as other reviewers have mentioned. I'm not sure if this is because of my "low volume" feet or not, but consider this if your feet are like mine. My toes do touch the edge of the inside, but don't feel cramped. Enjoy!

I was hesitant to order this boot after reading the reviews. I have very wide feet and thought the toe part would be too narrow, however, having owned Dansko shoes in the past, I thought they might have the rounded toe, which they do. I am happy to say they not only fit well in the toe but are overall very comfortable for a heeled boot-which I never wear for comfort reasons. I wanted something dressy. I liked the leather version better but they were sold out so I tried the suede and like them very much. Very impressed with the comfort of these boots.

There really should be half sizes. 36 is too small, 37 is too big. I'll keep the 37 and wear extra thick socks. Hope it works. They are VERY cute!

I have both 38s and 39s in the classic Dansko clogs, but the boot isn't quite equivalent in fit. I initially bought 38's, but they were a bit too snug. While the 39's feel almost too loose, it's the typical Dansko feel where the heel is the only point of slip and the shoe still stays on well. A 38.5 would have been perfect, but alas, such a shoe does not exist!

I love these shoes. I am a fan of Danskos and was still totally surprised. There is a chic/sexy quality to these shoes that one wouldn't expect from a Dansko. They were comfortable right out of the box, easily worn for a night out with no discomfort, and can effortlessly be dressed up or down. Total win. Great purchase.

I ordered the wine color. Looked more dark brown online but it's deep purple. Good looking but not the color I want.

I LOVE the style of these booties!! Super cute, but narrower in the toe box than my other Danskos. Back they go. I also tried the Dansko Maria -- and found a winner!! Easy peasy process with Zappos, just like always!!

Sadly the boot is not as shown in the photo...what shows as dark brown at the ankle was an odd metallic taupe. Not what I was looking for so they're going back.

I absolutely loved these for the first month. I wore them at once or twice a week. However, I am disappointed at how they have stretched out & are no longer as comfortable. Not the quality I have always had with Dansko.

I love the Shirley's! I was looking for a mid-heel brown boot that was comfortable and these were perfect. I wear them with skinny and straight leg jeans. I normally wear an 8.5 in boots so got the 39 and they fit great with a slightly thick sock.
